«BMW X5», իմ սեր. դատախազ Աֆանդյանի «թուլությունը»

Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազ Արմեն Աֆանդյանը, պարզվում է, որ BMW X5 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների սիրահար է:
Աֆանդյանը, հիշեցնենք, մինչեւ այս տարվա հունվար ամիսը զբաղեցնում էր Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնը, իսկ հունվարին նշանակվել էր Երեւանի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազ: Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնը դադարեցնելով՝ Աֆանդյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել հայտարարագիր, որտեղ էլ արձանագրված է պաշտոնյայի՝ վերը նշված դասի ավտոմեքենայի նկատմամբ ունեցած թուլությունը:
2014 թվականին, երբ Աֆանդյանն ստանձնել է Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի պաշտոնը, հայտարարագրել է BMW X5 3.0 D մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Սյունիքում պաշտոնավարելու տարիներին Աֆանդյանը վաճառել է այդ ավտոմեքենան, փոխարենը կրկին գնելով BMW X5, բայց՝ 4.8i մոդելի, որի գինը տատանվում է մի քանի տասնյակ հազար դոլարի սահմաններում՝ կախված արտադրության տարեթվից:
2014-2016թթ. Աֆանդյանի հայտարարագրած դրամական միջոցները չեն փոխվել. 6 միլիոն դրամ եւ 20 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար:
