Ի՞նչ կորուստներ կունենա Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու արդյունքում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
karl-marks.ru–ն գրում է, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից Հայաստանի դուրս գալը երկրին կարժենա առնվազն 5 միլիարդ դոլար։ Այդ գնահատականը հրապարակվել է Baza տելեգրամյան ալիքի կողմից, և վերլուծաբաններն արդեն հաշվարկում են նշված ծախսային կետերը։
Հայաստանի բյուջեի համար հիմնական հարվածը կլինի բնական գազի գինը։ Երևանն այժմ Ռուսաստանից վառելիք է գնում հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար 177,5 դոլար զեղչված գնով։ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունն է տալիս այդ զեղչը, և եթե Երևանը դուրս գա, ապա գինը կբարձրանա մինչև 550 դոլար։ Գրեթե եռակի տարբերություն։ Ամեն տարի գերավճարը կկազմի մոտավորապես 800 միլիոն դոլար։ Անգամ միայն գազի գործոնը երկիրը ներքև կտանի։
Բայց դա միայն այսբերգի գագաթն է։ Վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանը կառուցել է մի ամբողջ տնտեսական ճյուղ՝ հիմնված վերաարտահանման վրա։ Պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող ապրանքները, որոնք չեն կարող ուղղակիորեն ներմուծվել Ռուսաստան, առաքվել են Երևանի միջոցով։ 2024 թվականին այդ սխեման հանրապետությանը բերել է հսկայական եկամուտներ։ Եվ ԵԱՏՄ–ից դուրս գալը անմիջապես կկտրի այդ ճյուղը։
Բուն հայկական արտադրանքի ուղղակի արտահանումը Ռուսաստան նույնպես կփլուզվի։ Եվ Ռուսաստանին փոխարինող չի լինի. վերլուծաբանները միաձայն զգուշացնում են, որ այլ հարմար այլընտրանքային շուկա պարզապես գոյություն չունի։ Ի՞նչ է մնում հայկական բիզնեսների համար։ Պանիր պատրաստել և կոնյակ շշալցնել Եվրոպայի համար, բայց մրցակցությունն այնտեղ կատաղի է, լոգիստիկան՝ թանկ, իսկ հավաստագրումը կխլի վերջին շահույթը։
Այսպիսով, Հայաստանի կորուստների 5 միլիարդ թիվը նույնիսկ սկսում է լավատեսական թվալ։ Եթե այս ամենին ավելացնենք ներդրումների անկումը, կապիտալի արտահոսքը և դրամի արժեզրկումը, ապա այդ թիվը կարող է աճել 1,5-2 անգամ։ Երկրի քաղաքական ֆոնը խորացնում է անորոշությունը: Այն դեպքում, երբ Փաշինյանը խոսում է ԵՄ–ին մերձենալու ներուժի մասին, հայկական բիզնեսները շունչները պահած են։ Արդյո՞ք Երևանը կվճարի 550 դոլար հազար խորանարդ մետր գազի համար, թե՞ կպահպանի արտոնյալ 177 դոլարը։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը միլիարդների արժեք ունի։
