Թրամփը չի բացառել, որ նախագահի պաշտոնում կմնա մինչև 2032 թվականը

Վաշինգտոնի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Դոնալդ Թրամփը թույլ է տվել, որ կշարունակի մնալ ԱՄՆ նախագահի պաշտոնում մինչև 2032 թվականը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Ես այստեղ կլինեմ 28-ին, իսկ գուցե այստեղ լինեմ նաև 32-ին։ Ես չգիտեմ։ Գուցե և լինեմ»,- ասել է ամերիկյան առաջնորդը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Քոնեքթիքուտ նահանգում ԱՄՆ Առափնյա պահպանության ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտների առջև։
Նա նկատի է ունեցել այն հնարավորությունը, որ կպահպանի ԱՄՆ բարձրագույն պետական պաշտոնը մինչև 2032 թվականը։ Ըստ օրենքի՝ նախագահի պաշտոնում Թրամփի երկրորդ ժամկետը պետք է ավարտվի 2029 թվականի հունվարին։
ԱՄՆ Սահմանադրության 22-րդ փոփոխությունը, որն ընդունվել է 1951 թվականին, սահմանափակում է նախագահի պաշտոնավարումը երկու ժամկետով։ Այնուամենայնիվ, գործող ամերիկյան առաջնորդը բազմիցս թույլ է տվել երրորդ ժամկետով վերընտրվելու հնարավորությունը։ Բացի այդ, նման հեռանկարների մասին անցյալ տարվա աշնանը հայտարարել էր նախագահի նախկին գլխավոր քաղաքական ստրատեգ Սթիվ Բենոնը։
Թրամփը երկրորդ անգամ հաղթանակ է տարել ընտրություններում 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին։ Նա պարտության է մատնել Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության թեկնածու Քամալա Հարիսին։ Առաջին անգամ նա ամերիկյան վարչակազմը գլխավորել է 2017-2021 թվականներին։
