Փաշինյանի «հիբրիդը». Ինչպես են ապատեղեկատվություն տարածում

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, նրանց սպասարկող մամուլը, իշխանական ողջ քարոզչամեքենան երեկվանից տարածում են «The Insider» պարբերականի, իբր արած հետաքննությունը, որտեղ մեղադրանքներ կան ինչպես ռուսական պետական մարմինների հասցեին, այնպես էլ՝ հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր ուժերի։ Ընդ որում, թիրախում երկու ընդդիմադիր ուժեր են՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի «Ուժեղ Հայաստանը» և «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Անհայտ ծագման ինչ-որ թղթեր ներկայացնելով՝ «The Insider»-ը վերջիններիս մեղադրում է ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ համագործակցելու մեջ։ Որևէ հստակ փաստարկ, պաշտոնական կամ անգամ կիսապաշտոնական ապացույց գոյություն չունի․ բացառապես ենթադրություններ են, ըստ ամենայնի՝ կեղծիքներ։
«The Insider»-ը ռուսական ծագման ընդդիմադիր լրատվամիջոց է, որը գործում է Եվրոպայի, Եվրամիության տարածքում և սերտորեն համագործակցում Եվրամիության համապատասխան կառույցների հետ։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս «հետաքննությունը» հայտնվեց հենց այս պահին, ինչը վկայում է, որ սա Հայաստանի դեմ տարվող հիբրիդային պատերազմի գործիքներից մեկն է։ Մինչ ՀՀ իշխանությունն ինքն է ընդդիմությանը և Ռուսաստանին մեղադրում Հայաստանի դեմ հիբրիդային պատերազմ վարելու մեջ, իրականում հենց իրենք էլ օգտագործում են այդ ողջ գործիքակազմը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այս հետաքննությունը իրականացվել է Եվրամիության, այսպես կոչված, «արագ արձագանքման խմբի» և դրան հատկացվող բավականին խոշոր ֆինանսավորման շրջանակներում։
Մասնավորապես՝ առաջիկայում նման կեղծ հետաքննություններ և տեղեկություններ էլի են տարածվելու։ Արևմուտքն ամեն ինչ փորձում է անել Հայաստանում իրավիճակը գլխիվայր շրջելու, ընդդիմության վարկանիշը նվազեցնելու և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու նպատակով։ Բոլորովին պատահական չէ, որ ընդդիմության դեմ նման գործողությունները համընկնում են Հայաստան ժամանող եվրոպական մասնագետների հայտնվելու հետ։ Իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան էլ բավականին ակտիվորեն տարփողում է դա՝ փորձելով դրանով ազդել ընտրությունների ընթացքի վրա։
