Առաջիկայում իշխանական երիտթեւին կտրվի նաեւ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնը

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Այլեւս ակնհայտ է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը իշխանական համակարգում փորձում է նոր իրավիճակ ստեղծել, որտեղ իր հիմնական հենարանը կլինեն վերջին տարիներին իր կողմից կառավարման համակարգ բերված երիտասարդները: Այս գործընթացը թերեւս պետք է համարենք իշխանական երիտթեւի կողմից ողջ իշխանությունը վերցնելուն ուղղված ծրագիր: Երբ 2013-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում Սերժ Սարգսյանն առաջարկեց Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի թեկնածությունը, իշխանական երիտթեւին առաջ քաշելու ծրագիրը այդքան էլ իրատեսական չէր թվում: Ավելին՝ իշխանության հնաբնակների գրոհները իրենց տեղերի վրա աչք դրած «ջահելների» վրա գնալով ավելի ազդեցիկ էին դառնում:

Սակայն Գեորգի Կուտոյանին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն նշանակելուց հետո հասկանալի դարձավ, որ իշխանության հնաբնակները այս հակամարտության մեջ հաղթելու շանս քիչ ունեն, քանի որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը որոշել է իշխանության ղեկին մնալ հիմնականում երիտասարդներով շրջապատված, իսկ հնաբնակների համար տարատեսակ խորհրդականների պաշտոններ է նախատեսել: Իրադարձությունների ներկա ընթացքը ենթադրում է, որ առաջիկայում իշխանական երիտթեւին կտրվի նաեւ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնը: Ինչո՞ւ, որովհետեւ մարդկայնորեն Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանին դժվար է լինելու իր երեխայի տարիքի երիտասարդների հետ նստել եւ հավասարը հավասարին քննարկել իշխանության պահպանման հետ կապված ինչ-որ խնդիրներ:

Մյուս կողմից էլ երիտասարդները եւս չեն կարողանա նրան որպես յուրային ընկալել: Ուստի կարելի է կանխատեսել, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը եւս կփոխվի: Իսկ թե այդ պաշտոնը երիտասարդներից ում կվստահվի, ցույց կտա ժամանակը»:
