Ասիայից Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրներ կոնտեյներային փոխադրումների արժեքը կտրուկ աճել է և հասել ռեկորդային մակարդակների՝ Հորմուզի նեղուցի շրջանում իրավիճակի սրման և գլոբալ լոգիստիկ երթուղիների վերաբաշխման ֆոնին, գրում է Financial Times-ը։

Ոլորտի վերլուծաբանների գնահատմամբ՝ Շանհայ — Պարսից ծոց — Կարմիր ծով երթուղով ստանդարտ 20-ֆուտանոց կոնտեյների առաքման արժեքը գերազանցել է 4 000 դոլարը՝ թարմացնելով 2021 թվականի համավարակային ճգնաժամի ընթացքում գրանցված առավելագույնը։

Սակագների աճը վերջին տարիների ամենակտրուկներից մեկն է դարձել. նույնիսկ ռազմական լարվածության սրումից առաջ այս ուղղությամբ փոխադրման արժեքը 1 000 դոլարից ցածր էր, սակայն այնուհետև աճել է ավելի քան չորս անգամ։

Համաշխարհային ֆրախտային դրույքաչափերին հետևող վերլուծական ընկերությունները նշում են, որ ներկայիս մակարդակն արդեն գերազանցում է մատակարարման շղթաներում համավարակային խափանումների և նավահանգստային ենթակառուցվածքի գերբեռնվածության հետ կապված նախորդ գագաթնակետերը։

Աճի հիմնական գործոններ են համարվում վառելիքի թանկացումը, երթուղիների վերակառուցումը և հասանելի տրանսպորտային հզորությունների պակասը։ Նավագնացային ընկերություններն ու լոգիստիկ օպերատորները նշում են, որ հոսքերի մի մասը ստիպված վերաուղղվել է այլընտրանքային լոգիստիկ միջանցքներով, այդ թվում՝ ցամաքային փոխադրումներով Մերձավոր Արևելքի երկրների տարածքով, ինչը լրացուցիչ ծանրաբեռնվածություն է ստեղծել տարածաշրջանի ենթակառուցվածքի վրա։

Աշխարհի խոշորագույն կոնտեյներային փոխադրողները հաստատում են, որ համակարգում հզորությունների պակաս է առաջացել։ Նրանց գնահատմամբ՝ բեռների մի մասը վերաբաշխվում է ցամաքային երթուղիներով, որոնք անցնում են այնպիսի երկրներով, ինչպիսիք են Իրաքը, Թուրքիան, Հորդանանը, Սաուդյան Արաբիան և ԱՄԷ-ն։ Սակայն ոլորտի փորձագետները շեշտում են, որ այս երթուղիների թողունակությունը զգալիորեն զիջում է ծովային լոգիստիկային, ինչը սահմանափակում է նավագնացային գծերին լիարժեք փոխարինելու հնարավորությունը։

Այս սահմանափակումների ֆոնին Պարսից ծոցի տարածաշրջանում նկատվում է առևտրային հոսքերի էական կրճատում, որը, շուկայի մասնակիցների գնահատմամբ, առանձին երթուղային հատվածներում կարող է հասնել 60–80%-ի։ Սա արտացոլում է ոչ միայն փոխադրումների արժեքի աճը, այլև ենթակառուցվածքի ֆիզիկական սահմանափակվածությունը, որը նախատեսված չէ բեռնահոսքերի կտրուկ վերաբաշխման համար։

Ոլորտի վերլուծաբանները ներկայիս իրավիճակը դիտարկում են որպես աշխարհաքաղաքական ռիսկի և գլոբալ լոգիստիկայի վրա կառուցվածքային ճնշման համադրություն։
