ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը խոսել է մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխաների մուտքը սոցիալական ցանցեր սահմանափակելու մասին

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը  հասարակական խորհրդի հերթական նիստում անդրադարձել է մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխաների մուտքը սոցիալական ցանցեր սահմանափակելու վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնությանը։

ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից տեղեկացնում են, որ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը կարևորել է հարցի քննարկումը հասարակական խորհրդի անդամների հետ՝ լսելու նրանց տեսակետներն ու առաջարկները նախաձեռնության վերաբերյալ։

«Իրականում բազմաթիվ մտահոգիչ երևույթներ, օրինակ՝ բուլինգը և երեխաների ապահովությունը, շատ հաճախ ֆիզիկական միջավայրից տեղափոխվում և ձևափոխվում են նաև վիրտուալ տարածքում տեղի ունեցող երևույթների, և երեխաների պաշտպանվածությունը սոցիալական հարթակներում դառնում է կարևորագույն խնդիր»,-ասել է նա։Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ աշխարհն այսօր չունի միասնական մոտեցում․ կան երկրներ, որոնք գնում են արգելքի ճանապարհով, իսկ որոշ երկրներ ինքնակարգավորման և գրագիտության բարձրացմանն ուղղված քաղաքականություն են վարում։«Այնպես չէ, որ մի տարբերակն ամբողջությամբ ճիշտ է, մյուսը՝ սխալ․ յուրաքանչյուր մոտեցման պարագայում կարող ենք նշել թե՛ առավելություններ, թե՛ բացեր։ Զուտ մեր տեղական կոնտեքստը հասկանալով՝ պետք է կարողանանք այնքան խելամիտ ու գրագետ մոտեցումներ գտնել, որ մի կողմից պատրաստվենք հնարավոր մարտահրավերներին, մյուս կողմից՝ երեխաներին պատշաճ պաշտպանենք բոլոր ռիսկերից»,-նշել է Անդրեասյանը, հույս հայտնելով, որ  քննարկումը կաջակցի այս կարևոր գործում։

«Դուք ունեք հնարավորություն՝ ձեր ներդրումն ունենալու ավելի գրագետ և մտածված մոտեցումներ որդեգրելու հարցում»,-նշել է նախարարը և ընդգծել՝ քանի որ խնդիրը միայն ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության դաշտում չէ, հետևաբար հարցի ուսումնասիրության նպատակով ստեղծվել է միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ։Օրակարգի հարցը զեկուցել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արաքսիա Սվաջյանը՝ նշելով, որ թեման շատ զգայուն է, և միանշանակ լուծումներ և կարգավորումներ գտնելը բարդ է։ Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ ուսումնասիրվել է տարբեր երկրների փորձը՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչպիսի սահմանափակումներ են գործում։
