Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի վերջին հայտարարությունները հերթական անգամ ցույց տվեցին, որ Մոսկվան մտահոգված է Հայաստանի՝ դեպի Արևմուտք ընթացող քաղաքականությամբ։ Լավրովի խոսքով՝ Եվրամիությունը փորձում է Հայաստանը ներքաշել իր ազդեցության գոտի, իսկ այդ գործընթացը կարող է վտանգի տակ դնել Երևանի ներկայիս տնտեսական առավելությունները ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները շարունակում են մնալ դաշնակցային, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ՝ «ոչ հեշտ»։ Ըստ Լավրովի՝ Արևմուտքը փորձում է Հայաստանին հեռացնել ԱՊՀ և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության իր գործընկերներից՝ թուլացնելով տնտեսական, առևտրային և ներդրումային կապերը։

 Past.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այս թեման առաջիկայում դառնալու է նաև հայ-ռուսական քաղաքական շփումների հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկը։ Մայիսի վերջին Ղազախստանում նախատեսված ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում Մոսկվան ակնկալում է քննարկել Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունների ապագան։ Սակայն Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը արդեն հայտարարել է, որ ընտրական գործընթացներով պայմանավորված՝ չի մեկնելու Ղազախստան։

ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկն էլ ավելի կոշտ ձևակերպումներով է հանդես եկել՝ հայտարարելով, որ Հայաստանը ինչ–որ փուլում ստիպված կլինի ընտրություն կատարել Եվրամիության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ երկու ուղղություններով միաժամանակ ինտեգրումը անհամատեղելի է, և Երևանում դա շատ լավ հասկանում են։

Թեև ՀՀ իշխանությունները պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, որ այս պահին ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հարց չի քննարկվում, ակնհայտ է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում կուտակվող լարվածությունը գնալով խորանում է։ Քաղաքական շրջանակներում չեն բացառում, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո այդ հարաբերությունները կարող են մտնել առավել բարդ և անկանխատեսելի փուլ։

 Past.am-ի հետ զրույցներում մի շարք փորձագետներ նշում են, որ հնարավոր սրացումը կարող է լուրջ ազդեցություն ունենալ Հայաստանի տնտեսության վրա՝ հաշվի առնելով ռուսական շուկայի, էներգետիկ կապերի և ԵԱՏՄ արտոնությունների կարևորությունը Հայաստանի համար։

Այս ֆոնին Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական ընտրությունների հարցը դառնում է առավել զգայուն, իսկ տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները՝ ավելի անկանխատեսելի։
