Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհին տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացել է 4 մարդ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 4 մարդու մահվան պատճառ հանդիսացած ավտովթարի դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հ ասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հուլիսի 12-ին, ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Երասխ մայրուղու Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ գյուղի ճանապարհահատվածում միմյանց են բախվել Ստյոպա Ավետիսյանի վարած «Մերսեդես-Բենց» մակնիշի և Վազգեն Միքայելյանի վարած «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Վթարի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Վ.Միքայելյանը և ուղևորներ Լամարա Ղաբուզյանը, Անահիտ Ստեփանյանը և Եկատիրինա Ավետովան մահացել են, իսկ Ս.Ավետիսյանը և «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղևորուհի Մարիա Թոփչյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Երևան քաղաքի «Էրեբունի» բ/կ:
Դեպքի առթիվ Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:
Նախնական քննության արդյունքներով՝ հուլիսի 12-ին, ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում «Մերսեդես-Բենց» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան 100-ից 120 կմ/ժ արագությամբ Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհով ընթացել է Երևան քաղաքի ուղությամբ: Հասնելով Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ գյուղի ճանապարհահատված` մուտք է գործել հանդիպակաց ուղեմաս` փորձելով վազանց կատարել իր առջևից ընթացող, քննությամբ չպարզված «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:
Վազանց կատարելուց հետո «Մերսեդես-Բենց»-ի վարորդը փորձել է վերադասավորվել իր ուղեմաս, սակայն բախվել է համընթաց ընթացող և ճանապարհի ձախ կողմում գտնվող գազալցակայան ձախ շրջադարձով մուտք գործող Վ. Միքայելյանի վարած «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որի հետևանքով վարորդ Վ.Միքայելյանը և ուղևորներ Լամարա Աշոտի Ղաբուզյանը, Անահիտ Ստեփանի Ստեփանյանը և Եկատիրինա Վալերիի Ավետովան մահացել են:
ՃՏՊ-ի դեպքի վայրի զննության ժամանակ «Օպել Աստրա» մակնիշի, «Լյուքս» տաքսի տարբերանշանով ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերվել է Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի Երևան քաղաքի ուղղությամբ հանդիպակաց ուղեմասից դուրս` չշահագործվող բետոնյա ավտոճանապարհի վրա, իսկ «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան` դեպի Երևան քաղաք տանող ուղեմասում:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում վթարի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, տոքսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություններ։
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով։
