Գերմանիան դիվանագիտական ​​հարաբերություններ հաստատեց Իսրայելի հետ՝ պատերազմի ավարտից քսան տարի անց և Հոլոքոստի (ցեղասպանության) համար փոխհատուցումների վճարումը սկսելուց տասներկու տարի անց՝ 1965թ-ին։ Նույնիսկ Գերմանիայի ճանաչումից ու փոխհատուցումից տարիներ հետո, միևնույն է, այս հարցը քաղաքականապես ցավոտ հարց էր երկու կողմերի համար։ Որովհետև հիմքում կար բարոյա-հոգեբանական մեծ խնդիր: Իսրայելում հասարակության զգալի մասը կտրականապես դեմ էր գերմանական պետության հետ ցանկացած հարաբերությունների։ Գերմանիայի պահպանողականները ևս դիմադրում էին:

Արցախը հանձնելուց, հազարամյա Արցախից հրաժարվելուց, սանձազերծված պատերազմից, հումանիտար աղետ դարձած բլոկադայից, ցեղասպանական վտանգից, գերևարություններից ու տարածքների օկուպացիայից ընդամենը երեք տարի անց, առանց բարոյականության նշույլի՝ գործող կառավարությունը հրճվանքով է խոսում Արցախի հարցը հարյուրամյա «փակելու» և ազերների հետ հարաբերությունների մասին:

Ադրբեջանն առ այսօր, ոչ մի քայլ, ոչ մի կոնկրետ գործողություն, վստահության ոչ մի հիմք չի՛ տվել, որպեսզի Հայաստանում մարդիկ մտածեն (ՔՊ -ին ու նրա անգիտակից զանգվածին չի վերաբերում) հնարավոր խաղաղության իրական հեռանկարի մասին: Էլ չեմ խոսում հարաբերությունների իրական կարգավորման մասին:

Ընդհակառակը՝ հետևելով Ադրբեջանի ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականությանը, երևում է, որ նա ոչ թե խաղաղության, այլ ապագայի նոր պատերազմին է պատրաստվում:

Երբ դեռ չեն սպիացել Եռաբլուրի վերքերը, երբ հայրենի օջախներից բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիները դեռ չեն գտել իրենց տանիքը, երբ ազերիների հայատյացության էյֆորիան նոր թափ է հավաքում՝ սրանք, տրորելով հայ ժողովրդի ազգային շահերն ու բարոյա-հոգեբանական ապրումները՝ ձգտում են Հայաստանում ստանձնել օտարների երկարաժամկետ նամեստնիկի դերը:
