Ի՞նչ կտա Փաշինյանին Թուրքիայի նոր որոշումը

Ի՞նչ կտա Փաշինյանին Թուրքիայի նոր որոշումը Հայաստանի հետ 2022 թվականից ի վեր շարունակվող կարգավորման գործընթացի շրջանակներում։ Թուրքիայի և ՀՀ-ի միջև ուղիղ առևտրի մեկնարկի վերաբերյալ բյուրոկրատական նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն ավարտվել են 2026 թվականի մայիսի 11-ի դրությամբ,- գրել է Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։ «Ուժի մեջ մտած նոր կարգավորման շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դարձել, որ Թուրքիայից երրորդ երկիր, այնուհետև ՀՀ տեղափոխվող կամ նույն երթուղով ժամանող ապրանքների համար որպես վերջնական նշանակման կետ կամ ելքի կետ նշվի «Հայաստան/Թուրքիա»»,- գրել է Օնջու Քեչելին։
Հիշեցնենք՝ երեկ Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում քարոզարշավի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին էր մոտեցել արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և վարչապետի ականջին ինչ-որ բան էր փորձում ասել։ Քանի որ վարչապետի հագուստին բարձրախոս կար ամրացված, լսվել էր հետևյալ արտահայտությունը՝ «թուրքերն այսօր բացում են, ողջունող տեքստ պատրաստենք»։ Ավելի ուշ Միրզոյանը հրաժարվել էր ասել, թե ինչ է փսփսացել Փաշինյանի ականջին, վերջինս էլ մանրամասնել էր, որ խոսքը վերաբերում էր Թուրքիայից դեպի Հայաստան ապրանքների արտահանման ձևակերպումների փոփոխությանը։ Նախկինում թուրքական կողմի կարգավորումներում Հայաստանը երկրների ցանկում ներառված չի եղել, ինչի պատճառով ապրանքները վերաարտահանվել են Հայաստան, իսկ հիմա փոխվում է այդ հանգամանքը։
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն արդեն իսկ ողջունել է՝ նշելով, թե այս որոշումը Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի հերթական արդյունքն է։ Իսկ ի՞նչ կտա այդ որոշումը Հայաստանին։ Պարզապես Թուրքիայից Հայաստան ապրանքների ներկրումը փոքր-ինչ կէժանանա, կշահեն ներկրողները, կտուժի տեղական արտադրողը։ Նախընտրական այս շրջանում էլ գների չնչին նվազումը Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը կներկայացնեն որպես դիվանագիտական «հանճարի» դրսևորում։ Արդյունքում Թուրքիան ոչինչ չի կորցնի, ոչ մի ռեսուրս չի ծախսի, Փաշինյանն էլ օդից քարոզչական նվեր կստանա։ Ոչ ավելին․․․
