Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Բավականին հաճախ կինոթատրոն են գալիս մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց հետ բերում են տարատեսակ սնունդ և առնչվում այն խնդրին, որ մեզ մոտ, ինչպես նաև այլ կինոթատրոններում, արգելվում է այլ տեղից գնված սնունդ/ըմպելիք անց կացնել դահլիճ: Վիճում են գրեթե միշտ, առարկում, որ խանութից կարելի է ավելի էժան գնել նույն բանը և հարցնում թե ինչու պետք է ավել վճարեն գնելով հենց կինոթատրոնից: Փորձում ենք բացատրել, բայց ոչ բոլորն են հասկանում և ընդունում այս ամենի տրամաբանությունը: Ես փորձեմ իմ աշխատանքային այս կարճ փորձից ելնելով բացատրել թե ինչու է դա այդպես և ինչու այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէ:
Նախ և առաջ ասեմ, որ պետք է դիտարկել կինոթատրոնը բացառապես որպես մեկ կոմպլեքս և ոչ թե որպես խանութ ու խանութի կողքի կինոդահլիճ: Ցանկացած կինոթատրոնի եկամտի մի մեծ մաս գոյանում է ոչ տոմսերից և միայն դրա շնորհիվ է, որ այն կարողանում է գոյատևել: Եկեք ավելի մանրամասն ասեմ: Տոմսից գոյացած գումարի ուղղիղ կեսը գնում կինոմատակարարին: Դրանից բացի, ողջ գումարի ԱԱՀ-ն վճարում է կինոթատրոնը, ուստի գումարը կարելի է ասել, որ մոտ 40%-ն է մնում իրեն: Դե հիմա պատկերացրեք ծախսերի չափն ու էլ չեմ ասում ներդրված գումարի փեյբեքի ակընկալիքները: Վստահեցնում եմ ձեզ ու ցանկցած մարդ, ով առնչվել է այս ոլորտի հետ կհամաձայնի, որ միայն տոմսերով ոչ մի կինոթատրոն չի կարող բարեհաջող աշխատել:
Գիտեք, ես մինչև էս վերջերս եղել եմ բացառապես հաճախորդ, անկեղծ եմ ասում, երբեք մտքովս չի անցել գնամ մի տեղից էժան պոպկորն կամ չիպս գնեմ ու անց կացնեմ դահլիճ: Նույն կերպ, ոնց մտքովս չի անցնում գնալ որևէ սրճարան, մի բան պատվիրել, բայց Կոլան սուպերմարկետից բերել, քանի որ այնտեղ էժան է: Միշտ դիտարկել եմ կինոթատրոնը, սրճարանը և այլ վայրեր իբրև ծառայությունների կոմպլեքս և ընդունել այն, որ տվյալ մթնոլորտում ժամանակ անց կացնելու համար ես պետք է վճարեմ ավելին, քան եթե նույն բանը ուտեի/խմեի/նայեի տանը: Երևի ոչ բոլորի համար է այդպես...
