ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել է ֆիթնես կենտրոնների և մարզասրահների մարզիչների հավաստագրման կարգը, որով սահմանվում են հավաստագրման պայմանները, դիմելու ընթացակարգը, վերապատրաստման պահանջները, հավաստագրի տրամադրման և դրա գործողության դադարեցման հիմքերը։

Նոր կարգի նպատակն է կարգավորել ոլորտում մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնող ֆիթնես-մարզիչների մասնագիտական համապատասխանության գնահատման և ծառայությունների որակի ապահովման գործընթացը։ Կարգավորումը տարածվում է ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալող և ծառայություն մատուցող բոլոր կազմակերպությունների վրա՝ անկախ սեփականության ձևից։

Հավաստագրում

Հավաստագրման համար կարող են դիմել այն անձինք, որոնք ունեն մասնագիտական բարձրագույն կրթություն, կամ առնվազն հարակից ոլորտների (աերոբիկա, յոգա, պիլատես, բոդիֆլեքս, զումբա, սթրետչինգ) միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն և համապատասխան վերապատրաստման վկայական, կամ առնվազն երեք տարվա աշխատանքային փորձ՝ որպես ֆիթնես կենտրոնների կամ մարզասրահների (անկախ սեփականության ձևից) մարզիչ:

Վերապատրաստում

Համապատասխան բարձրագույն կրթություն չունեցող մարզիչների  հավաստագրման համար պարտադիր կլինի վերապատրաստումը, որը պետք է ներառի առնվազն հետևյալ թեմաները՝ անատոմիա, ֆիզիոլոգիա, սպորտային բժշկություն, առաջին բուժ օգնություն, էնդոկրինոլոգիա, վնասքաբանություն, սննդաբանության հիմունքներ, վարժությունների մեթոդիկա, անվտանգության կանոններ՝ համապատասխան մասնագիտական որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ։ Վերապատրաստման տևողությունը չի կարող պակաս լինել 144 ժամից, իսկ վերապատրաստման գործնական բաղադրիչը չի կարող իրականացվել հեռավար ուսուցմամբ:

Վերապատրաստման վկայական կարող է տրվել միայն այն մասնակիցներին, որոնք հաջողությամբ կհաղթահարեն գիտելիքների ստուգման նվազագույն շեմը, որը սահմանված է վերապատրաստում իրականացնող կազմակերպության ծրագրով: 

Վերապատրաստման վկայական ունեցող մասնագետները կարող են դիմել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն՝  հավաստագիր ստանալու նպատակով։ Հավաստագիրը կտրվի հինգ տարի ժամկետով։ Նոր աշխատանքի ընդունված և դեռևս չհավաստագրված մարզիչները պարտավոր են աշխատանքի ընդունվելուց հետո մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում դիմել հավաստագրման։

Հավաստագրման դիմումների ներկայացում

Հավաստագիր ստանալու դիմումները ներկայացվում են էլեկտրոնային եղանակով:

Դիմումատուն պետք է ներկայացնի հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը.

  • անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի պատճենը,
  • մասնագիտական բարձրագույն կրթության դիպլոմի պատճենը կամ հարակից ոլորտների առնվազն միջին մասնագիտական կրթության դիպլոմի պատճենը կամ տեղեկանք առնվազն երեք տարվա ֆիթնես կենտրոնների կամ մարզասրահների (անկախ սեփականության ձևից) մարզչի աշխատանքի փորձի վերաբերյալ,
  • համապատասխան վերապատրաստման վկայական,
  • հավաստագիր ստանալու համար լրացված դիմումը (Ձև 2):

Ըստ կարգի՝ մարզիչների կողմից սահմանված պահանջները չպահպանելու կամ հավաստագրի բացակայության դեպքում կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ կարող են կիրառվել վարչական պատասխանատվության միջոցներ։

Կարգի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի ոլորտում ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների առողջության և անվտանգության ապահովման անհրաժեշտությամբ։
