ՀՀ վարչապետը Ոստիկանությանը հորդորել է նույն տեմպով շարունակել բարեփոխումները

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում փետրվարի 17-ին քննարկվել է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ոստիկանության՝ 2015 թ. ընթացքում կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքների, ՀՀ կառավարության 2015 թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի, գերակա խնդիրների կատարման և գնահատված կատարողականի հաշվետվությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը զեկուցել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության՝ 2015 թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների շրջանակում նախապատրաստվել և ՀՀ կառավարություն են ներկայացվել «Օտարերկրացիների մասին» և «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, ինչպես նաև «ՀՀ քաղաքա ցիների` ՀՀ մուտք գործելու և ՀՀ-ից ելքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը:
Գերակա խնդիրների շրջանակում համայնքային ոստիկանության գործունեության ընդլայնման նպատակով կատարվել է լայնածավալ աշխատանք՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության 6 հենակետի ստեղծման, անհրաժեշտ գույքի և տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման, համայնքային խորհուրդների ձևավորման և համայնքային ոստիկանության ծառայողների վերապատրաստման ուղղությամբ: ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը նշել է, որ 5 հենակետի կառուցման աշխատանքներն ավարտված են, 1-ինը շուտով կավարտվի, ևս 2-ի կառուցման շինարարական աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են, իսկ մնացած ուղղություններով միջոցառումները շաունակվում են: Մյուս գերակա խնդրի շրջանակում իրականացվել են ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Հաշվառման քննական ստորաբաժանման կապիտալ վերանորոգման և ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Հաշվառման քննական ստորաբաժանման վերակառուցման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ:
Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հաշվետու տարում Ոստիկանությունում կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքներին, մանրամասներ ներկայացրել իրականացված մի շարք բարեփոխումների և կառուցվածքային-կազմակերպչական միջոցառումների վերաբերյալ: Շարունակվել և ընդլայնվել է միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և օտարերկրյա պետությունների համապատասխան ծառայությունների հետ համագործակցությունը, Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների համար իրականացվել են աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավման ծրագրեր, վերանորոգվել, տեխնիկապես վերազինվել և հագեցվել են Ոստիկանության մի շարք ենթակառուցվածքներ և այլն:
Վարչապետը դրական է գնահատել ՀՀ ԿԱ Ոստիկանության 2015 թ. գործունեությունը և կատարված աշխատանքները: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդգծել է, որ իրականացված բարեփոխումների դրական արդյունքներն ակնառու են և´ կառավարության, և´ հասարակության համար և հորդորել շարունակել նույն տեմպով:
