Երկիրը երկիր է իր հիշողությամբ

Ես դասական քաղաքական գործիչ չեմ և այս սուրբ օրը չեմ ասելու արհեստական ու ճոռոմ բառեր։ Իմ համար այսօր առաջին հերթին մեր բոլոր հերոսների հիշատակի առաջ խոնարհվելու օր է։ Կրկին արձանագրելու, որ մենք պարտք ենք հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը մասնակցած մեր տղաներին, վիրավորներին, նրանց ընտանիքներին։

Կար ժամանակ, երբ մայիսը մեր հաղթանակների ու հպարտության ամիսն էր։ Մեզնից դա խլեցին։ Մեզ թողեցին պարտություն ու խեղճություն։ Բայց մայիս ամսին կա մի օր, որը մեր հույսի ու լույսի օրն է։ Մեր նոր սերնդի օրը, մեր երկրի ապագայի օրը։ Դա դպրոցական վերջին զանգի օրն է։ Մենք պետք է անենք այնպես, որ այս տարվա վերջին զանգը դառնա մեր ազգային վերածննդի առաջին զանգը։

Այս տարի դպրոց ավարտողների մի մասը հավանաբար մասնակցելու է իր կյանքի առաջին ընտրություններին։ Մյուս մասը դեռ ընտրելու իրավունք չունի, բայց նրանք բոլորը միասին մտնում են մեծ կյանք, ու մենք նրանց ենք փոխանցում այսօրվա Հայաստանը։

Մենք պիտի ամեն ինչ անենք, որպեսզի հունիսի յոթից հետո նրանց համար բացվի իրոք նոր, ավելի լուսավոր, ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններով կյանք։ Որպեսզի նրանց փոխանցենք խեղճությունը հաղթահարած, ներքին թշնամանքը հաղթահարած, արդար, անվտանգ Հայաստան։ Սա մեր մեծագույն նպատակն է։ Հունիսի յոթի ընտրությունների ամենակարևոր իմաստը դա է։

Մենք ուղղելու ենք մեր մեջքը, որ մեր երեխաների աչքերին կարողանանք նայել։

Մենք ունենալու ենք Երաշխավորված Խաղաղություն և Բարգավաճ Հայաստան։ Մենք հաղթելու ենք խեղճությանը։

Հաղթանակները երբեք չի կարելի մոռանալ։ Պատերազմում պարտվել կարող են բոլորը, բայց սեփական հաղթանակն ու պատմությունն ուրանալն աններելի է։ Մենք անպայման ունենալու ենք նոր հաղթանակներ՝ բոլոր ոլորտներում։

Իսկ այսօր մենք խոնարհվում ենք Արցախյան հերոսամարտերի բոլոր նահատակների առջև, ինչպես նաև մեծ Հայրենականի մասնակից մեր պապերի և հայրերի հիշատակի առջև։ Այդ բոլոր նվիրյալները մեր մեծ, միասնական պատմության կերտողներն են։ Երկիրը երկիր է իր հիշողությամբ։
