ՔԿՀ ծառայողը յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է ուրիշի գույքը

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության «Երևան-կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայող Էմիլ Ս.-ին` պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով` իրեն վստահված ուրիշի խոշոր չափերով գույքը յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակելու համա ր:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Սուրեն Ե.-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրից 2015թ. մարտի 20-ին տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ և նույն օրը` ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ հիմնարկի անվտանգության ապահովման ստորաբաժանման ծառայողների կողմից կատարվել է Սուրն Ե.-ի անձնական խուզարկությունը, որի վերաբերյալ նույն ստորաբաժանման պատասխանատու Էմիլ Ս.-ն կազմել է արձանագրություն` դրա մեջ նշելով, որ վերջինիս մոտից խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է խոշոր չափերի` ընդհանուր 896 հազար ՀՀ դրամի գույք և գումար:
Հայտնաբերված գույքն ու գումարը Էմիլ Ս.-ն վերցրել և տեղափոխել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի հերթապահ մաս, որից հետո Սուրեն Ե.-ի մոտից անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվածը, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, չի հանձնել պատասխանատու պահպանության, և իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով` յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել է իր վստահությանը հանձնված Սուրեն Ե.-ին պատկանող խոշոր չափերով ընդհանուր` 896 հազար ՀՀ դրամի գույքն ու գումարը:
Էմիլ Ս.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով, և վերջինիս նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
