Սահմանամերձ համայնքները ուշադրության կենտրոնում են

Կառավարությունը շարունակում է սահմանամերձ համայնքներին աջակցության ծրագրերը
ՀՀ պետական բյուջեով աջակցության կարգով սահմանամերձ համայնքներին հատկացվել է ավելի քան 928 միլիոն դրամ, որն օգտագործվում է սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչներին բնական գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ոռոգման ջրի սակագնի մասնակի ու գույքահարկի և հողի հարկի փոխհատուցման նպատակով: Կառավարության փետրվարի 18-ի նիստում գործադիրը սահմանելու է սոցիալական աջակցության փոխհատուցման ենթակա ծավալները, փոխհատուցման կարգն ու փոխհատուցում ստացող սահմանամերձ համայնքների ցանկը: Ցանկում ընդգրկված են Արարատի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի 2-ական, Վայոց Ձորի 5 և Տավուշի մարզի 24 համայնք:
Գումարի բաշխումը համապատասխան մարզերի միջև իրականացվել է՝ հիմք ընդունելով գույքահարկի և հողի հարկի գծով 2013 թվականի համայնքային բյուջեներով պլանավորված ցուցանիշները, իսկ բնական գազի, էլեկտրաէներգիայի, ոռոգման ջրի սակագնի մասնակի փոխհատուցման համար կողմնորոշիչ չափաքանակներ են հանդիսացել բաժանորդների կողմից կատարված ծախսերը: Մեկ միլիարդ դրամի սահմանագծին մոտեցող պետական աջակցության արդյունքում որոշ չափով բարելավվել են սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների կյանքի պայմանները:
Կառավարությունում վստահեցնում են, որ սահման պահող համայնքների բնակիչներին տրվող աջակցությունը սրանով չի սահմանափակվում: Որոշակի արտոնություններ են սահմանված բուժօգնության, սոցիալական ապահովության, կրթության ոլորտներում, սահմանամերձ համայնքների տարածքում արտադրական գործունեությունն ազատվել է հարկերից: Երաշխավորված գնով սերմացու, պարարտանյութ և դիզվառելիք տրամադրելուն զուգահեռ, շարունակվում է սահմանամերձ բնակավայրեր տանող ճանապարհների նորոգումը, իրագործվում են ոռոգման և խմելու ջրով ապահովման, դպրոցաշինության և սոցիալական նշանակության մի շարք ծրագրեր:
