Օսակայի 23-ամյա բնակչուհի Սաքի Սատոն, որը կտրել էր իր սիրեցյալի մատը՝ նրան մեկ այլ կնոջ հետ ամուսնանալուց կանխելու համար, ներկայացել է դատարան։ Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու համար, հայտնում է Tokyo Reporter-ը։
Կինը զոհի հետ ծանոթացել է 2020 թվականին։ Նրանք շուտով սկսել են միասին ապրել։ Սաթոն խանգարել է նրան շփվել ընտանիքի և ընկերների հետ, առգրավել է նրա անձնագիրը և բանկային փաստաթղթերը, ինչպես նաև հսկել է նրա սմարթֆոնը։
Հետաքննիչների պնդմամբ՝ կինը առնվազն երեք անգամ տանջել և խեղել է իր սիրեցյալին։ Սկզբում նա կտրել է նրա պտուկները՝ ցանկանալով ստուգել այն լուրը, որ դրանք կարող են նորից աճել։ Այնուհետև Սաթոն որոշել է կտրել նրա մատնեմատը, որպեսզի չկարողանա կրել ուրիշի ամուսնական մատանին։
Նա կացին գնեց անդամահատման համար, իսկ նրա սիրեցյալը քնաբեր էր ընդունում՝ հույս ունենալով մեղմացնել ցավը։ Երբ նա խնդրեց իրեն հիվանդանոց տանել, նա հրաժարվեց։ «Ես այնքան ջանացի կտրել այն, իսկ դու փորձում ես նորից կարել այն», - պատասխանեց նա։
Դատարանը նաև նկարագրել է մի դեպք, երբ Սաթոն բութ առարկայով ծեծել է մի տղամարդու։ Նա դա արել է, որպեսզի Սատոն զգա նույն ցավը, ինչ ինքը զգացել է կոսմետիկ միջամտությունից հետո։
Մեղադրող կողմը պահանջել է վեց տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտել մեղադրյալին։ Նրա փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ կինը պետք է լիովին արդարացվի, քանի որ նա ծեծել և վնասվածք է հասցրել տղամարդուն նրա համաձայնությամբ։
