Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը Հայաստանում պետական այցի շրջանակում կազմակերպված պետական ընթրիքի ընթացքում ունեցած բաժակաճառի ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ Ֆրանսիան իր պարտքն է համարել և շարունակելու է համարել Հայաստանի կողքին կանգնելը՝ առաջնորդվելով արդարության սկզբունքով։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Մակրոնը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հնչեցրած գնահատականների համար՝ անդրադառնալով նաև 2022 թվականի աշնան իրադարձություններին և տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակին։
«Այդ պահին կարծում եմ, որ Ֆրանսիան իր պարտքն է կատարել։ Շատերը Եվրոպայում և այլուր մեզ նայում էին՝ չհասկանալով, թե ինչու ենք մենք այդքան սատարում Հայաստանին։ Բայց մենք եղել ենք ձեր կողքին, որովհետև դա արդար էր, ուղղակի որովհետև արդարը դա էր»,– նշել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը պատմության ընթացքում բազմիցս պայքարել է իր ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության պաշտպանության համար, և այդ պայքարը եղել է արդար։
«Մեզ համար անհրաժեշտ էր լինել այդ արդար պայքարի կողքին, որպեսզի միջազգային իրավունքը հարգվի»,– ասել է Մակրոնը՝ նշելով, որ Ֆրանսիան նման դիրքորոշում է ցուցաբերել անկախ քաղաքական կամ տնտեսական հաշվարկներից։
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը նաև անդրադարձել է հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների խորը պատմական արմատներին՝ ընդգծելով երկու ժողովուրդների միջև քաղաքակրթական կապը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ֆրանսիան միշտ կարևորել է հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ աջակցությունը՝ սկսած պատմական ճգնաժամերի ժամանակներից մինչև մեր օրերը։
Մակրոնը նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի համար պատիվ է եղել ընդունել հայ գաղթականներին և ընդգծել է նրանց ներդրումը ֆրանսիական հասարակության մեջ՝ հիշատակելով, մասնավորապես, Միսաք Մանուշյանի և նրա կնոջ՝ Մելինե Մանուշյանի դերը։
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը կարևորել է նաև Հայաստանի կողմից ընտրված զարգացման ուղին՝ այն բնութագրելով որպես խաղաղության, կայունության և եվրոպական արժեքների ընտրություն։
«Այն ընտրությունը, որ դուք կատարել եք՝ խաղաղության, կայունության, Եվրոպայի և բարգավաճության ընտրությունը, մենք գտնում ենք արդար և ճիշտ ձեր երկրի համար»,– նշել է նա։
Մակրոնը հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև նախատեսվող ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կբացի նոր էջ երկկողմ հարաբերություններում՝ ամրապնդելով համագործակցությունը տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ կրթության և մշակույթի։
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք ձեզ հետ կառուցել այս պատմությունը»,– ընդգծել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը։
Նա նաև բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի ղեկավարության խիզախությունը՝ խաղաղության ուղին ընտրելու հարցում։
«Պետք է մեծ խիզախություն այսպիսի խաղաղություն ունենալու համար։ Եվ այսօր Եվրոպան նույնպես պետք է ձեզ ձեռք մեկնի»,– ասել է Մակրոնը։
Ելույթի ավարտին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը առաջարկել է բաժակ բարձրացնել հայ-ֆրանսիական դարավոր բարեկամության և երկու երկրների համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար։
