Դիզայներական իրերի կեղծման կասկածանքով Գլենդելում երկու հայ է ձերբակալվել

Գլենդելի ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է երկու անձի՝ մանրածախ առևտրում երկարատև խարդախության գործի շրջանակում, որի ընթացքում խարդախները իսկական դիզայներական ապրանքները փոխանակում էին կեղծվածների հետ՝ խարդախ ճանապարհով գումար ստանալու համար, հայտնում է Fox 11.

Հետաքննությունը սկսվել է 2026 թվականի փետրվարին, այն բանից հետո, երբ Nordstrom շքեղ հանրախանութների ցանցի աշխատակիցը հայտնել է կասկածելի գումարի վերադարձի մասին։ Դետեկտիվները հայտնաբերել են 2019 թվականից ձևավորված օրինաչափություն, որի շրջանակում կատարվել էր թանկարժեք ապրանքների 224 գնում, և դրանք բոլորը վերադարձվել էին։

Իշխանությունների պնդմամբ՝ 40-ամյա Արփինե Սարգսյանը և 32-ամյա Արգին Կարապետյանը կատարել են ավելի քան 224 գնում՝ ձեռք բերելով դիզայներական հագուստ և կոսմետիկա, ապա խանութներ և բաշխման կենտրոններ վերադարձրել դրանց կեղծ պատճենները՝ փոխհատուցում ստանալու համար։

Ապրիլի 22-ին Գլենդելում կասկածյալների տանը կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է շքեղ իրերի մեծ պահեստ, կեղծ պիտակներ, փաթեթավորման նյութեր և ապացույցներ, որ իսկական ապրանքները վերավաճառվել են առցանց։

Տվյալները վկայում են, որ զույգը իսկական, այդ թվում՝ YSL և Gucci բրենդների, ապրանքները վերավաճառում էր առցանց առևտրային հարթակում։ Գլենդելի ոստիկանության ֆինանսական հանցագործությունների բաժնի դետեկտիվները քննության ընթացքում աշխատել են Nordstrom-ի քննիչների հետ համատեղ։

Սարգսյանն ու Կարապետյանը ձերբակալվել են մի շարք հանցանքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով, այդ թվում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գողություն, գողացված գույքի ստացում և կեղծ պատրվակով գողություն։

Սարգսյանը կանչվել է դատարան և ազատ արձակվել նույն օրը, երբ իրականացվել էր խուզարկությունը, սակայն Կարապետյանի իրավական կարգավիճակը դեռևս ճշտվում է։

Դետեկտիվները շարունակում են ուսումնասիրել գողացված ապրանքների վերավաճառքի համար օգտագործված առցանց հարթակներից ստացված ապացույցները՝ պարզելու, թե արդյոք այլ մանրածախ վաճառողներ ևս տուժել են։

Թեև ներկայումս հաստատված վնասը գնահատվում է մոտ 50 000 դոլար, քննիչները ստուգում են բազմամյա գործարքների պատմությունը՝ պարզելու համար, թե արդյոք վերջնական գումարը գերազանցում է 300 000 դոլարը։
