Մինչ Արևմուտքը ջանքեր է փորձում գործադրել Հայաստանում իր նարատիվներն առաջ տանելու համար, այնքան Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներն ավելի սթափ են գնահատում արտաքին քաղաքական շրջադարձերը։ «GALLUP International Association»-ի՝ Հայաստանում անցկացված հարցման մասնակիցների գրեթե 59,9%-ը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է ունենա հավասար հարաբերություններ ազդեցության կենտրոնների հետ։ Հարցվածների 17,6%-ը նշել է, որ Հայաստանն իր ինտեգրման վեկտորը պետք է ուղղի դեպի Ռուսաստան, 12,4%-ը՝ դեպի ԵՄ, իսկ 5,1%-ը՝ դեպի ԱՄՆ։

Հարցման այս արդյունքները վկայում են, որ որքան էլ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հակառուսական քաղաքականություն են տանում և փորձում են Հայաստանը տանել դեպի Եվրամիություն՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով, հանրությունն առանձնապես շահագրգռված չէ նման զարգացումներով՝ հրաշալի հասկանալով հետևանքները։ Այս ֆոնին բնավ զարմանալի չէ վերջին օրերին Միացյալ Նահանգների և Եվրամիության բուռն ակտիվությունը։ Մայիսի 4-5-ը Երևանում տեղի կունենա ԵՄ-Հայաստան առաջին գագաթնաժողովը։ Ըստ տարածված հաղորդագրության՝ կողմերն անոնկրետ քայլեր կձեռնարկեն անվտանգության և պաշտպանության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը խորացնելու ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում ԵՄ նոր գործընկերային առաքելության ստեղծման միջոցով։ Մինչդեռ եվրոպական առաջատար լրատվամիջոցներն էլ նշում են, որ սա բավականին լուրջ վտանգներ է պարունակում իր մեջ և առաջին հերթին հենց Հայաստանի համար։ Մեկ այլ ուշագրավ իրադարձություն տեղի է ունեցել Միացյալ Նահանգներում։

Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի հատկացումների հանձնաժողովն ընդունել է օրինագիծ, որը թույլատրում է ազգային անվտանգության և Պետդեպարտամենտի գործունեության ֆինանսավորումը 2027 ֆինանսական տարվա համար։ Օրինագիծը նախատեսում է Հարավային Կովկասի երկրներին ընդլայնված աջակցություն՝ ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական շահերն առաջ մղելու նպատակով։ Օրինագծի համաձայն՝ Հարավային Կովկասի երկրներին միջոցներ կհատկացվեն տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունը, կայունությունը, ինտեգրումն ու փոխկապակցվածությունն ամրապնդելու, ինչպես նաև երկկողմ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը զարգացնելու համար։

Հանձնաժողովը նաև կոչ է անում Պետքարտուղարին՝ օրենքի ընդունումից հետո 90 օրվա ընթացքում Կոնգրեսին ներկայացնել մանրամասն զեկույց TRIPP նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում միջոցների բաշխման և ձեռնարկված գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։ Սա, ըստ էության, նշանակում է, որ Արևմուտքն ամեն ինչ անելու է Փաշինյանի վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու համար, որպեսզի իր ջանքերն ու օգտագործված ռեսուրսները զուր չմսխվեն։
