«Ութ տարվա ձախողում և վեց ամսվա վճռականություն»

Հայրենակիցնե՛ր,

Ութ երկար ու ձիգ տարիներ մենք ականատեսն ենք մի իշխանության գործունեության, որը եկավ «ժողովրդի» անունից, բայց ժողովրդին թողեց աղքատության, անորոշության և հուսալքության ճիրաններում։
Ութ տարի ստի և դատարկախոսության։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» խոստացել էր թռիչքաձև տնտեսական աճ, բայց մենք տեսանք միայն թռիչքաձև գնաճ։ Նրանք խոստացել էին վերացնել կոռուպցիան, բայց ստեղծեցին սեփական էլիտան, որը վայելում է պետական բյուջեն, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ ամեն գիշեր քնում են քաղցած։ Ութ տարվա ընթացքում այս իշխանությունը չկարողացավ լուծել նույնիսկ ամենատարրական խնդիրը՝ ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը։

Ինչո՞ւ ոչինչ չարվեց։

Որովհետև նրանց օրակարգում երբեք չի եղել հայ մարդը։ Նրանց օրակարգը սեփական աթոռների պահպանումն է և պատասխանատվությունից փախչելը։ Նրանք ասում են՝ «հնարավոր չէ», մենք ասում ենք՝ «դուք անընդունակ եք»։ Ութ տարին բավարար ժամանակ էր ոչ միայն աղքատությունը վերացնելու, այլև հզոր տնտեսություն կառուցելու համար, բայց նրանք նախըտրեցին արդարացումներ փնտրել։
Մեր ուղին. Վեց ամիս՝ արդյունքի համար։

«Ուժեղ Հայաստանը» գալիս է վերջ դնելու այս անտարբերությանը։ Ուժեղ Հայաստանը հայտարարում է ,որ վեց ամսվա ընթացքում ծայրահեղ աղքատությունը Հայաստանում պետք է վերանա։ Դա ոչ թե բարեգործություն է, այլ արդարության վերականգնում։ Ծայրահեղ աղքատ ամեն ընտանիք կստանա 150 հազար դրամ ։

Ութ տարվա անգործությունը պետք է փոխարինվի վեց ամսվա վճռական աշխատանքով։

Կե՛ցցե այն Հայաստանը, որտեղ ոչ մի հայ սոված չի մնա։
