Հ ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Արտակ Զաքարյանը գրել է․
«Կարևորը՝ «դուխով»
Ըստ ամերիկյան TheBulwark.com-ի՝ ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտն ավարտին է հասցնում ԱՄՆ անձնագրերի նոր դիզայնի մշակումը, որը կարող է ներառել նաև նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պատկերը և ստորագրությունը։
Այս գաղափարը կապված է ԱՄՆ հիմնադրման 250-ամյակի տոնակատարությունների հետ և նախատեսում է սահմանափակ թվով (25000) հոբելյանական անձնագրերի տպագրություն:
Վերադառնանք Հայաստան:
Առ այսօր, աշխարհի այդ ո՞ր երկիրն է ICAO-ի, սահմանային անցումների «դյուրացման», վիզա ստանալու կամ ազատ տեղաշարժի անվան տակ՝ հիմնովին փոփոխության ենթարկել իր քաղաքացիական անձնագիրը:
Կարծում եմ, անձնագրի փոփոխումը ոչ այդքան դրանց ուլտրամանուշակագույն պաշտպանվածության մեջ է, որքան հին անձնագրի չեղարկմամբ՝ ՀՀ երրորդ հանրապետության հաղթական անցյալի հետ կապը «վերացնելն» է: Անցյալի հիշողությունների, պատմական կարծրատիպերի ու սիմվոլների փոխարինելն է: Չի բացառվում, որ լինի թուրք-ադրբեջանական պահանջ, օրինակ՝ հեռացնել Սասունցի Դավթի էպիկական կերպարը գործող անձնագրերից: Գուցե դա Թուրքիայի հետ սահամանը բացելու, և/կամ Հայաստան վերադարձող ադրբեջանցիների համար «ընդունելի» անձնագիր լինելու՞ պահանջ է նաև:
Կարող են լինել նաև այլ՝ լատենտ խնդիրներ և «գեղեցիկ փաթեթավորմամբ», շրջանառությունից դուրս են բերվում տպագրված բոլոր անձնագրերը:
Այլապես, այս պահին չկա ՀՀ քաղաքացիական անձնագիրն արմատապես փոխելու հրատապ և ողջամիտ որևէ անհրաժեշտություն:

Կարող եք ՀՀ «նոր անձնագրում» ներառել նաև Նիկոլի «դուխով» պատկերը: Եթե Թամանյանի պատկերը ներառվեու է որպես քաղաքաշինության նահապետ, Փաշինյանինն էլ թող լինի որպես թուրանաշինության «նահապետ»: Հատկապես, որ Հայ ժողովրրդի պատմության մեջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Արցախի զոհաբերումն ընդմիշտ կապված են լինելու անջնջելի կապով (մոտեցել է Սյունիքին)…
Մնում է, որ հայատյաց ադբեջանցիներն ու թուրքերը դա գնահատեն ըստ արժանվույն, «չքցեն» ՔՊ-ին և առաջիկայում օգնեն նրանց՝ վերընտրվել»։
