Բանգլադեշի երեք քաղաքացի փորձել են Շիրակի մարզում ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի կողմից պահպանվող տեղամասով, քաղաքացիների համար արգելված վայրով շրջանցել ու մուտ գործել Վրաստան։ NEWS.am-ը «Դատալեքսից» տեղեկանում է, որ նրանք ցանկացել են անցնել սահմանային շերտ մուտք գործելու վերաբերյալ նախազգուշացնող վահանակները, շրջանցել Հայաստանի պետական սահմանի անցման կետերը, առանց սահմանված փաստաթղթերի և պատշաճ թույլտվության հատել ՀՀ պետական սահմանը, և մուտք գործել Վրաստանի Հանրապետություն։
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել այս տարվա փետրվարի 24-ին։
ԱԱԾ սահմանապահները Մուրադ Հոսսանին, Շակիլ Խանին, Ռազիբ Ահմեդ Խանին հայտնաբերել ու կանխել են հանցագործությունը։
Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը՝ նախագահությամբ դատավոր Վարսենիկ Մելքոնյանի, բանգալդեշցիներին մեղավոր է ճանաչել։ Չնայած մեղադրյալները ընդունել են իրենց մեղքը, սակայն դատարանը գտել է, որ միայն այդ հանգամանքը բավարար չէ արձանագրելու, որ հնարավոր է առանց վերջիններիս կողմից պատժի կրումն ապահովելու հասնել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 55-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված պատժի նպատակների իրականացմանը: Հետևաբար դատարանն արձանագրել է, որ պատժի նպատակներին հասնելու համար Մուրադ Հոսսանին, Շակիլ Խանը և Ռազիբ Խանը պետք է կրեն իրենց նկատմամբ նշանակված պատիժը, բացի այդ, հիշյալ նպատակների իրագործման համար անհրաժեշտ է Մուրադ Հոսսանիի, Շակիլ Խանի և Ռազիբ Խանի նկատմամբ որպես լրացուցիչ պատիժ նշանակել 5 տարի ժամկետով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքից Բանգլադեշի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության տարածք վտարելը։
