«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը պաշտոնական նամակ-կոչով դիմել է Եվրոպական Միության անդամ պետություններին, նրանց կառավարություններին, Միության արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով գերագույն ներկայացուցչին, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահին, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահին և Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի նախագահին՝ վերանայելու իրենց մասնակցությունը Երևանում կայանալիք Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովին։

• «ՀայաՔվեի» հղած նամակ-կոչում ասվում է, որ միջազգային համագործակցությունն ու երկխոսությունը կարևոր են, սակայն այս գագաթնաժողովը, որն անմիջապես նախորդելու է հունիսին կայանալիք` Հայաստանի հերթական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, գործող իշխանություններին, անձնապես՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ՈՒՂԻՂ ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆ ԱՋԱԿՑՈՒԹՅԱՆ տարրեր է պարունակում։ Նման մոտեցումը կստեղծի անհավասար պայմաններ Հայաստանում գործող մյուս քաղաքական ուժերի համար և կխաթարի ԱՐԴԱՐ ԺՈՂՈՎՐԴԱՎԱՐԱԿԱՆ ՄՐՑԱԿՑՈՒԹՅԱՆ սկզբունքները։

 Հայաստանն այս պահին գտնվում է խոր ներքին բևեռացման և լուրջ արտաքին անվտանգային մարտահրավերների առջև, հետևաբար` կարևոր է, որ միջազգային դերակատարները խուսափեն ցանկացած քայլից, որը կարող է մեկնաբանվել որպես ուղիղ ներգործություն ներքին քաղաքական հավասարակշռության պահպանման վրա։ Ժողովրդավարական գործընթացները պետք է զերծ մնան արտաքին քաղաքական ազդեցություններից, որոնք կարող են ընկալվել որպես ԿՈՂՄՆԱԿԱԼՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ կամ ԱՆՈՒՂՂԱԿԻ ԱՋԱԿՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Գործող իշխանությունների ուժեղացմանն ուղղված ցանկացած քայլ, առանց հավասարակշռված և ազգային կոնսենսուսի, վտանգում է երկրի հետագա կայունությունը և կարող է խորացնել ռազմավարական խոցելիությունը, հատկապես թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի կողմից աճող ճնշումների համատեքստում։

Ուստի եվրոպական առաջնորդներն ու հաստատությունները պետք է ցուցաբերեն ռազմավարական պատասխանատվություն՝
զերծ մնալու նմանատիպ միջոցառումներին մասնակցությունից, որոնք կարող են մեկնաբանվել որպես ուղիղ ԸՆՏՐԱԿԱՆ ԱՋԱԿՑՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ գործող ռեժիմին, պահպանել չեզոքություն Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքական գործընթացներում` առաջնահերթություն տալով երկարաժամկետ տարածաշրջանային կայունությանը և ոչ թե կարճաժամկետ դիվանագիտական սիմվոլիզմին, դիտարկել մայիսի 4-ին նախատեսված` Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելը հետաձգելու հնարավորությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո, երբ արդեն իսկ ձևավորված կլինի նորընտիր խորհրդարան և հաստատված կլինի նոր` ժողովրդական, օրինական իշխանություն` պատրաստ հյուրընկալելու այս կարևոր միջոցառումը։

Հայաստանի ապագան ՊԵՏՔ Է ՈՐՈՇՎԻ ԻՐ ԻՍԿ ԺՈՂՈՎՐԴԻ ԿՈՂՄԻՑ՝ իրական քաղաքական բազմակարծության և արդարության պայմաններում, այլ ոչ թե արտաքին ուժերի ազդեցության ստվերի ներքո։

Կանխե՛ք Հայաստանի անկայունության խորացումը, հետաձգե’ք գագաթնաժողովը։
