Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ես վերջին շաբաթները շրջում եմ մեր գյուղերով, տարբեր մարզերում։ Ուզում եմ կիսվել իմ տպավորություններով։

1. Մարդիկ համատարած փոփոխություններ են ուզում։ Կան տարիներով կուտակված պրոբլեմներ. ոչ ոք ո´չ փորձում է լուծել, ո´չ խոսել մարդկանց հետ, ո´չ էլ՝ մի լուծում առաջարկել։

2. Պրոբլեմների 80-90 տոկոսը ճիշտ կառավարման դեպքում շատ կարճ ժամանակում կլուծվի։ Ուղղակի պետք է հասկանալ պրոբլեմը ու ճիշտ լուծումը գտնել։

3. Մենք ունենք փայլուն ժողովուրդ՝ աշխատասեր, ազնիվ, իրոք հպարտ։ Դժվար կյանքից են մարդիկ կոտրվում, մարդիկ հիասթափվում են, որ իրենց պրոբլեմներին լուծում տվող չկա։

4. Գյուղացին մենակ է մնացել իր պրոբլեմների հետ։ Սա անթույլատրելի է։

Մարդիկ զրույցների ընթացքում նոր հարցեր են բարձրացնում, որոնք պետք է անպայման ներառել մեր ծրագրերում։

Գիտեք, որ Բարգավաճ Հայաստան կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագիրը կոչվում է «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին»։ Այս ծրագիրը ոչ թե գրվում է փակ սենյակներում ու ասում ենք՝ սա է, այլ հակառակը՝ գնում ենք ժողովրդի մոտ, գնում ենք գյուղեր, քաղաքներ, լսում ենք մարդկանց՝ իրենց հոգսը, խնդիրները, նաև՝ լուծման առաջարկները, ու հետո մասնագետներն էդ ամենը ի մի են բերում, իրենց լուծումները ներկայացնում ծրագրում։

Հիմա ինձ ժողովուրդը խնդրել է մի քանի հարցի ուշադրություն դարձնել.

ա. Վարկեր. մարդկանց պետք է օգնել։ Չկա ընտանիք, որ վարկեր չունենա, որոնց տոկոսները տարիներով մուծում են, բայց մայր գումարին հերթը չի էլ հասնում։ Էս հարցը պետք է լուծվի, ի վերջո բանկերը մեր քաղաքացուն պիտի ծառայեն, ոչ թե քաղաքացին՝ բանկերին։

բ. Մարդիկ շատ անհանգստացած են գյուղմթերքի սպառման ճակատագրով։ Քաղաքի կաբինետներում ասում-խոսում են, նկարահանվում, քաղաքական միավորներ են հավաքում, բայց գյուղացին անհանգիստ է, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ հնարավոր խնդիրների դեպքում ի՞նչ է լինելու իր բերքի հարցը։ Էսքան տարի էդ վարկերը վերցրել, այգի են դրել, ջերմոց են դրել, հիմա սկսել են բերք ստանալ, ու մարդկանց սրտերում վախ կա, որ եթե քաղաքական խնդիրներ սկսվեն, էլի´ առաջինը գյուղացին է տուժելու։ Ո´ր գյուղ մտել եմ, առաջին հարցերից մեկը դա է եղել։

գ. Տաքսիստների տուգանքների բալային համակարգը։ Ճիշտ չի բոլորի համար սահմանել նույն բալային համակարգը։ Մարդն առավոտից իրիկուն տաքսի է քշում, արդար քրտինքով իր տունն է պահում, մենք մի ստից խախտման համար էդ մարդուն դնում ենք անելանելի վիճակում։ Ո՞նց կարող է էդպես լինել։

Տաքսիստների և ընդամենը տնից աշխատանքի գնացողների բալային համակարգը չի կարող նույնը լինել։
դ. Հաջորդ խնդիրը, որը հատկապես սուր է Երևանում. գույքահարկի խնդիրը։ Անազնիվ օրենք է, չի կարելի այսպես։ Պետք է փոխվի օրենքը։ Մեր թիմը կոնկրետ առաջարկով է հանդես գալու։

Մենք շարունակելու ենք շրջել գյուղերում, քաղաքներում, բակերով, տներով, մարդկանց հետ խոսելու ենք, լսելու, ձևակերպելու խնդիրները, միասին գրելու ենք մեր առաջարկը Հայաստանին։
