Արտակարգ դեպք՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզում․ արջը հոշոտել է գյուղացուն պատկանող ցուլիկին

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց ձորի մարզում։ Ժամը 10:00-ի սահմաններում, Եղեգիս խոշորացված համայնքի Հերմոն բնակավայրում արջը հարձակվել է գյուղացու անասունների վրա՝ պատճառելով զգալի վնաս։
Տուժածը՝ 32-ամյա Վիրաբ Ղազարյանը, SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնել է, որ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել առավոտյան ժամերին, երբ ընտանիքը, ինչպես ամեն օր, անասուններին դուրս է հանել գոմից։
«Ամեն առավոտ գոմը մաքրելու համար անասուններին դուրս ենք հանում դեպի մոտակա սար կամ ձորակ։ Այսօր էլ նույնն արեցինք։ Կարճ ժամանակ անց հայրս նկատեց, որ ձորում արջը հարձակվել է անասունների վրա։ Նա անմիջապես օգնության կանչեց մեր շանը, որի միջամտությունից հետո արջը փախուստի դիմեց»,– պատմում է գյուղացին։Դեպքից հետո ընտանիքի անդամները մոտեցել են նախիրին և պարզել, որ 2 տարեկան ցուլիկը ստացել է ծանր վնասվածքներ և սատկել։ Գյուղացին անմիջապես ահազանգել է 112, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել փրկարարները, որոնք արձանագրել են կատարվածը։
Սակայն, ինչպես նշում է տուժածը, խնդիրը միայն այս մեկ դեպքով չի սահմանափակվում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ նման հարձակումները գյուղում դարձել են պարբերական, իսկ վնասների դիմաց փոխհատուցում չի տրամադրվում։«Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, և ցավոք՝ վերջինը չի լինելու։ Մենք մշտապես տուժում ենք արջերից․ դրանք վնասում են անասուններին, մեղվափեթակներին, կոտրում ծառերը, նույնիսկ եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մարդկանց են վնասել։ Բայց երբ դիմում ենք համապատասխան կառույցներին, նույն պատասխանն ենք ստանում՝ փոխհատուցում չի նախատեսվում»,– նշում է նա։
Գյուղացին նաև դժգոհություն է հայտնում բնապահպանական քաղաքականությունից՝ կարծիք հայտնելով, որ վայրի կենդանիների վերահսկողության հարցում առկա են լուրջ խնդիրներ։«Այս կենդանիները կարծես այլևս չեն կարողանում ինքնուրույն սնունդ գտնել անտառում և մտնում են գյուղեր՝ վնաս պատճառելով։
Մինչդեռ մենք ենք կրում դրա հետևանքները»,– ընդգծում է նա։Վիրաբ Ղազարյանի հաշվարկներով՝ այս դեպքի արդյունքում իրեն պատճառվել է շուրջ 350 հազար դրամի վնաս։ Նրա խոսքով՝ անասունները ձեռք են բերել վարկով՝ ընտանիքի եկամուտը ապահովելու նպատակով։
Տուժած գյուղացին կոչ է անում պատասխանատու կառույցներին վերանայել քաղաքականությունը և աջակցել գյուղացիներին․ «Եթե փոխհատուցում չի լինելու, ստացվում է, որ գյուղացին ամբողջությամբ թողնված է բախտի քմահաճույքին»։
