Մարտունու համայնքային ոստիկանների օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել էր քրեական վարույթ՝ շրջանառությունն արգելված թմրամիջոցներ, հոգեմետ, խիստ ներգործող կամ թունավոր նյութեր պարունակող բույսեր ցանելու կամ աճեցնելու հատկանիշներով։

Հետագա միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում, դատարանի որոշմամբ, ապրիլի 15-ին խուզարկություն կատարվեց Վաղաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ 28-ամյա տղամարդու բնակության վայրում։

Հայտնաբերվեց մեկ կիլոգրամ կանեփանման չորացված-մանրացված զանգված ու ավելի քան 800 գրամ կանեփի սերմ, նաև տարբեր տրամաչափերի 11 փամփուշտ։

Ըստ տանտիրոջ՝ փամփուշները պատկանել են հանգուցյալ հորեղբորը, իսկ զանգվածը պատրաստել է անցած տարի՝ իրենց հողամասում աճած կանեփի թփերից։

Նման մի տեղեկություն էլ ստացել էին Սևանի համայնքային ոստիկանները, ըստ որի՝ Սևան քաղաքի Գործարանային փողոցի բնակիչ 32-ամյա տղամարդը տանն աճեցնում է կանեփ ու ապօրինի պահում մարիխուանա։

Ապրիլի 17-ին Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ։ Զննության ընթացքում տանտերն իրավապահներին ներկայացրեց ընդհանուր մոտ 12 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգված և մոտ 48 գրամ կանեփի սերմ։ Հիմնավորվեց նաև կանեփ աճեցնելու վարկածը․ ննջարանում դրված պահարանը կահավորված էր հատուկ լուսավորությամբ, ջերմաչափով ու նկարահանող սարքով, որտեղ տանտերը տարաներում աճեցնում էր կանեփի չորս թուփ։ Հայտնաբերվեցին նաև էլեկտրական կշեռք, փայլաթիթեղներ, թափանցիկ հեղուկով վեց տարա, երկու ներարկիչ։

Ըստ տանտիրոջ՝ այս ամենը թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու, իսկ թմարնյութը՝ անձամբ օգտագործելու համար էր։

Երկու դեպքով էլ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
