Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է ԱՄՆ-ում Հայատանի արդեն նախկին արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Տիգրան Սարգսյանի՝ պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու հայտարարագիրը, որում բավականին ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ կան այն մասին, թե ինչ «ձեռքբերումներ» ու «հաջողություններ» է գրանցել իր հաշվին Սարգսյանը դեսպան աշխատելու մեկուկես տարիների ընթացքում:

Այսպես, հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ եթե դեսպան նշանակվելու ժամանակ՝ 2014 թվականին, Սարգսյանը ավտոմեքենա չուներ, ապա մինչեւ պաշտոնանկությունը հասցրել է իր համար գնել RANGE ROVER Supercharged 5.0 մակնիշի թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենա, որի նվազագույն գինը 100 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար է: Ի տարբերություն պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2014թ. հայտարարագրի՝ 2016 թվականին պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու հայտարարագրում նշված են նաեւ փոխառություններ, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը նաեւ տոկոսով փող է տվել որեւէ բանկի կամ մասնավոր անձի: Տիգրան Սարգսյանի հանձնած փոխառությունների չափը կազմել է ավելի քան 917 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար: Սա լուրջ գումար է՝ լուրջ տոկոսներով:

2014 թվականից այս կողմ անփոփոխ է մնացել Տիգրան Սարգսյանի բաժնետոմսերի գումարը՝ 6 միլիոն 390 հազար դրամ, ինչպես նաեւ անշարժ գույքը՝ երկու բնակարան, երկու առանձնատուն, մեկական ավտոտնակ եւ հողամաս: Նվազել են Սարգսյանի դրամական միջոցները: Եթե դեսպան նշանակվելու օրվա դրությամբ նա ուներ 2,5 միլիոն դրամ եւ 955 հազար դոլար, ապա պաշտոնը դադարեցնելու օրվա դրությամբ՝ 3 միլիոն դրամ: Հիշեցնենք, որ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը ներկայում զբաղեցնում է ԵՏՄ Տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը:
