Ապրիլի 23-ը՝ Գրքի և հեղինակային իրավունքի համաշխարհային օրը, այս տարի նշվում է նաև հայկական գրահրատարակչության համար կարևոր միջազգային ճանաչմամբ։

«Անտարես» հրատարակչությունն ընդգրկվել է Բոլոնիայի «Տարվա լավագույն մանկական հրատարակիչ» մրցանակի (Bologna Prize for the Best Children’s Publishers of the Year 2026) կարճ ցուցակում՝ հայտնվելով աշխարհի առաջատար մանկական հրատարակիչների կողքին։

ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Դանիել Դանիելյանն այս առնչությամբ նշել է. «Այսօր գրքի և հեղինակային իրավունքների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրն է, ոչ միայն գրքի ոլորտում, այլ էլ արվեստի բոլոր ոլորտներում մենք ունենք հեղինակային իրավունքները պաշտպանելու խնդիր։ Գործընկեր գերատեսչությունների հետ մենք նախաձեռնել ենք հեղինակային իրավունքների մասին օրենքի փոփոխություն, որ հնարավորություն կտա պարզեցնել դաշտը, հստակեցնել գործառույթները։

Մենք այս տարի կունենանք նորացված օրենքը, դրանից հետո կունենանք կառույց, որը կհամակարգի ամբողջ ոլորտը, կրթությունը, ռազմավարությունների ռազմավարությունը և ընթերցանությունը կրթության հիմնաքարն է, տարբեր ծրագրեր ունենք, որոնց միջոցով այս ոլորտը ակտիվացնում ենք, մեր Հայաստանյան Երևանյան գրքի փառատոնը գնալով դառնում է ավելի հանրաճանաչ, դրա հետ մեկ տեղ տարբեր միջազգային հարթակներում Հայաստանը ներկայացված է մեր հրատարակիչներով։

Օրեր առաջ Բոլոնիայում «Անտարես» հրատարակչությունը ճանաչվեց հինգ լավագույն հրատարակչությունների մեջ։ Դա շատ կարևոր ցուցիչ է, քանի որ մենք ասում ենք, որ մեր հրատարակչությունները արդեն աշխարհի մակարդակով որակյալ հրատարակչություններ են։

Այսօր մեր մանկական և մանկապատանեկան գրականությունը շատ լավ, բարձր արդյունքներ է գրանցում և մրցակցային է աշխարհի շատ կարևոր և դժվար հարթակներում։ Ասիայի տարածաշրջանում ներկայացված էին երկու հնդկաստանցի հրատարակիչ, մի ճապոնացի, մի կորեացի ու մենք։ Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ բոլորի հետ էլ անհամեմատելի ամենափոքրը երևի Կորեան է այդտեղ, որ մոտավորապես մի 50 միլիոնից ավել ժողովուրդ ունի ու մենք այսպես փոքրիկ մեր վիճակով։

Դա նշանակում է, որ աշխարհի հետաքրքրությունը հայաստանյան նաև մանկական գրքի հանդեպ, էապես կմեծանա, կսկսեն ավելի շատ թարգմանել Հայաստանցի գրողներին, Հայաստանում դեռ ճանապարհ ունենք անցնելու, ես կարծում եմ, առնվազն 10-15 տարի, որպեսզի գիրքը դառնա ապրանք, այն առումով, որ գրքի ինքնարժեքը ավելի բարձր է, քան գրքի վաճառվող գինը»։
