19 ուժերի մի մասն իշխանության սպասարկուներն են

Երեկ ավարտվեց խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասնակից ուժերի փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը։ ԿԸՀ տվյալներով, ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հայտ ներկայացրել է 19 ուժ, որոնցից 17-ը՝ կուսակցություն, և 2-ը՝ դաշինք։ Նախորդ՝ 2021 թվականի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցել են 25 ուժեր, որոնցից հայտ ներկայացրել էր 26-ը։
Այժմ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը պետք է ստուգի ներկայացված բոլոր փաստաթղթերը և մինչև մայիսի 3-ը, ժամը 18։00-ն, հաստատի կուսակցությունների մասնակցությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։ Մայիսի 8-ից էլ մեկնարկելու է շուրջ մեկ ամիս տևող քարոզարշավը, որի ընթացքում ներկայացված կուսակցությունները պետք է իրենց մոտեցումները ներկայացնեն ընտրողներին։ Մեծ հաշվով, բոլոր հարցումները վկայում են, որ խորհրդարան անցնելու շանս ունեն ընդամենը 3-4 քաղաքական ուժեր։ Մյուսները կամ ճանաչելիության խնդիր են լուծում, կամ էլ պարզապես ձայներ են փոշիացնում։
Օրինակ, 2021 թ․-ին 25 քաղաքական ուժերից 22-ն ուղիղ 22 % քվե փոշիացրեցին։ Արդյունքում Փաշինյանին հաջողվեց կրկին զավթել իշխանությունը։ Ըստ էության, այս անգամ էլ ձայների մի հսկա մասը փոշիացվելու է։ Հաշվի առնելով, թե ովքեր են առաջադրվել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, կարելի է վստահ ասել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն են շահագրգռել, խրախուսել մասնակցել, որպեսզի նրանց միջոցով կարողանան ընդդիմադիր տրամադրված ընտրազանգվածի քվեն հասցնել նվազագույնի։
Իշխանությունը, անկախ ամեն ինչից, դեռևս առաջատարն է բոլոր հարցումներով, իշխանական էլեկտորատն էլ ամենաբյուրեղացվածն է։ Փաշինյանի ընտրողները հստակ գիտեն, որ գնալու են և ընտրելու են նրան։ Այլ հարց է ընդդիմադիր էլեկտորատը, որը, ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքներից ելնելով, համախմբված չէ։
Եվ իրական ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերն էլ այդ էլեկտորատը համախմբելու փոխարեն զբաղված են առանձին ցուցակներով ներկայանալով։ Մեկ ամիս տևող քարոզարշավը բոլորովին էլ քիչ ժամանակ չէ այդ էլեկտորատին բացատրելու, թե որն է իշխանությունների իրական նպատակը, կարողանալու համախմբել և Հայաստանում վերջապես իրականացնել այդքան բաղձալի իշխանափոխությունը։
