Սերժ Սարգսյան․ «Նիկոլը ճիշտ էր՝ նա պատրաստ էր գնալ մինչև վերջ և չուներ ոչ մի կարմիր գիծ»

8 տարի առաջ այս օրը Հայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական տվեց, և իշխանության եկավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը։ 8 տարվա ընթացքում այդ թիմը խախտել է իր տված բոլոր խոստումները, ձախողել հնարավոր ամեն ինչ՝ դատական համակարգից մինչև բանակ, տնտեսությունից մինչև Արցախյան հարցի կարգավորում, Ադրբեջանին հանձնել Արցախը, դարձել հազարավոր մարդկանց մահվան պատճառ, և այդքանից հետո դեռ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը շարունակում է հավակնել մնալ գործող իշխանություն։ Երրորդ նախագահն այսօր իր հրաժարականի կապակցությամբ ծավալուն ուղերձ է հղել, որում ուշագրավ մի քանի նկատառումներ է արել։

«Իմ կյանքի ընթացքում ես ունեցել եմ ճիշտ և սխալ որոշումներ։ Իմ ամենաճիշտ և դժվար որոշումը «իմ իսկ խոստումը դրժելն» ու 2018 թ․ վարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջադրվելն էր։ Ցավոք, դա նաև իմ ամենամեծ սխալն էր, որովհետև չստացվեց բացատրել մեր ժողովրդին, որ իմ առաջադրման նպատակը բնավ իշխանությունը պահելը չէր, այլ Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի անվտանգությունն ապահովելն էր։ Այո՛, Նիկոլը ճիշտ էր՝ նա պատրաստ էր գնալ մինչև վերջ և չուներ ոչ մի կարմիր գիծ, ես չպետք է առաջադրվեի։ Իսկ ես սխալվեցի՝ կարծելով, թե կարողանալու ենք մեր ժողովրդին բացատրել, որ բանակցային բարդ իրավիճակում իմ հեռանալը հանգեցնելու է աղետի»,– ասել է նա։

Երրորդ նախագահը նաև խոսել է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից, նշել, թե համոզված է, որ այս իրավիճակում ընդդիմության հաղթանակն ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է խոշոր միավորում, որպեսզի կանխվի ձայների փոշիացումը, ինչը ծառայելու է այսօրվա վարչախմբի շահերին։ Հատուկ այդ նպատակով Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, որպեսզի ընդդիմադիր մյուս ուժերը կարողանան հաղթել գործող իշխանություններին և կատարեն իրենց խոստումը՝ Փաշինյանին իշխանազրկելու մասով։

Այսօր նաև չափազանց խորհրդանշական է, երեկոյան ավարտվում է առաջադրումների ժամկետը։ Մինչ այս պահը 5 կուսակցություններ են ընդամենը առաջադրվել, բայց մեծ մասը փաստաթղթերը ներկայացնելու է այսօր, նախնական հաշվարկներով՝ 25-ից ավելի քաղաքական ուժեր կարող են հայտ ներկայացնել մասնակցելու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, իսկ դա աներկբա բերելու է ձայների լրջագույն փոշիացման։ 2021 թվականի արտահերթ ընտրություններում 20 տոկոս ավելի ձայներ փոշիացվեցին, արդյունքում Փաշինյանին հաջողվեց սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն ստանալ։ Գործող իշխանություններն այսօր էլ ամեն ինչ անում են՝ քվեները փոշիացնելու համար, և իրական ընդդիմադիր ուժերը պարտավոր են չխաղալ գործող իշխանության կանոններով։
