Ինչու՞ ընտրել «Հայաստան» Դաշինք 3

Այսօր մեր երկրի առաջ կանգնած են լուրջ մարտահրավերներ՝ անվտանգությունից մինչև տնտեսական կայունություն։ Բայց կա ևս մեկ խորքային խնդիր՝ հասարակության ներսում ձևավորված պառակտվածությունը, որը թուլացնում է մեզ որպես պետություն։
Ինչո՞ւ ընտրել «Հայաստան» դաշինքը։ Որովհետև այս փուլում երկրի առաջընթացի հիմքում պետք է լինի հանրային համերաշխության վերականգնումը։ Պետք է դուրս գալ արհեստական բաժանումներից և վերականգնել փոխադարձ հարգանքը, վստահությունն ու միասնականությունը։

Վերջին տարիներին հաճախ ականատես ենք լինում, թե ինչպես են պրոֆեսիոնալ և փորձառու կադրերը դուրս մղվում պետական համակարգից՝ քաղաքականացված որոշումների արդյունքում։ Սա վնասում է պետության արդյունավետ կառավարմանը։ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը առաջարկում է հստակ մոտեցում՝ պետական կառավարման հիմքում պետք է լինեն գիտելիքը, փորձը և պրոֆեսիոնալիզմը, ոչ թե քաղաքական պատկանելությունը։

Պատահական չէ, որ հենց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նախագահության տարիներին ներդրվեց քաղաքացիական ծառայության ինստիտուտը, որի նպատակը պետական համակարգը քաղաքական ազդեցություններից առավել անկախ դարձնելն էր։ Սա կայուն և արդյունավետ պետության կարևոր հիմքերից է։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, երկրում պետք է հաստատվի պատասխանատվության մթնոլորտ։ Բոլոր այն քաղաքական որոշումներ կայացնողները, ովքեր իրենց քայլերով երկիրը հասցրել են այս վիճակին, պետք է պատասխան տան օրենքի առաջ՝ իրավական, արդար և թափանցիկ գործընթացների միջոցով։ Սա արդարության վերականգնման անհրաժեշտ պայման է։

Ուժեղ պետություն հնարավոր է կառուցել միայն համախմբված հասարակության և պրոֆեսիոնալ կառավարման միջոցով։ Եթե քեզ համար կարևոր են անվտանգությունը, արդարությունը և կայուն զարգացումը, ապա ընտրությունը ակնհայտ է։
