DDoS հարձակումներ , թվային «խցանումներ»․ ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել

ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Կիբեռոստիկանությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․
«DDoS-ը (Distributed Denial of Service) հարձակման այն տեսակն է, երբ հաքերները փորձում են խափանել կայքի կամ հավելվածի աշխատանքը՝ այն ծանրաբեռնելով հսկայական քանակությամբ կեղծ հարցումներով։
Պարզ օրինակ. Պատկերացրեք մի փոքր խանութ, որտեղ միաժամանակ կարող է սպասարկվել 5 հաճախորդ։ Հանկարծ խանութ են մտնում 500 հոգի, ովքեր ոչինչ չեն գնում, այլ պարզապես կանգնում են ու աղմկում։ Իսկական հաճախորդները չեն կարողանում ներս մտնել, իսկ վաճառողը չի հասցնում սպասարկել։ Խանութի աշխատանքը կաթվածահար է լինում։
Հանցագործները կոտրում են հազարավոր սովորական սարքեր (համակարգիչներ, սմարթֆոններ, նույնիսկ «խելացի» սառնարաններ) և դրանք վերածում «զոմբի-սարքերի» (Botnet)։ Առանց սեփականատիրոջ գիտության՝ այդ բոլոր սարքերը միաժամանակ սկսում են հարցումներ ուղարկել թիրախավորված կայքին (օրինակ՝ բանկին կամ պետական կառույցին), մինչև այն «չի դիմանում» և անջատվում է։
Ինչո՞ւ է դա վտանգավոր քաղաքացու համար.
- Ծառայությունների անհասանելիություն. Դուք չեք կարողանում կատարել հրատապ վճարում կամ օգտվել պետական ծառայությունից։
- Ձեր սարքը որպես «զենք». Եթե ձեր համակարգիչը պաշտպանված չէ, հաքերները կարող են այն օգտագործել այլ երկրների կամ կառույցների վրա հարձակվելու համար։
Ինչպե՞ս պաշտպանվել.
-Օգտագործեք հակավիրուսային ծրագրեր. Դրանք թույլ չեն տա, որ ձեր սարքը դառնա «զոմբի-ցանցի» մասնիկ։
- Մի՛ ներբեռնեք անհայտ ծրագրեր. Հենց դրանց միջոցով է ձեր սարքը հայտնվում հաքերների վերահսկողության տակ։
-Եղեք համբերատար. Եթե տեսնում եք, որ պաշտոնական կայքը դանդաղ է աշխատում հարձակման ժամանակ, մի՛ փորձեք վայրկյանը մեկ թարմացնել (Refresh) էջը. դրանով դուք ակամա ավելի եք ծանրաբեռնում համակարգը։
