ԱԺ-ում քննարկում կլինի 44- օրյա պատերազմի թեմայով. Թագուհի Թովմասյան

44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված, անհետ կորած, բռնի անհետացած զինծառայողների ծնողները դիմել են ինձ՝ ապահովելու իրենց ճշմարտությունը բարձրաձայնելու, տեղեկացված ու լսված լինելու, ինչպես նաև պատերազմին առնչվող հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ բաց քննարկում ունենալու իրավունքների իրացումը:
Խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն քաղաքական կամ ընթացակարգային հարցի, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ մարդու իրավունքներին։ Անհետ կորածների և բռնի անհետացածների ընտանիքները տարիներ շարունակ ապրում են անորոշության, տեղեկատվական վակումի և պատասխանների բացակայության պայմաններում։ Այդ իրավիճակում պետությունը պարտավոր է ապահովել հնարավորինս բաց, թափանցիկ և արժանապատիվ հաղորդակցություն ընտանիքների հետ։
Ծնողների դիմումի հիման վրա արդեն պաշտոնապես դիմել եմ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղարին՝ տրամադրելու ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերի մեծ դահլիճը՝ աշխատանքային քննարկում կազմակերպելու, 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի գաղտնի գրությամբ արխիվացված զեկույցի և պատերազմին առնչվող հանգամանքների շուրջ։
Առաջարկում ենք, որ քննարկումը կայանա ապրիլի 23-ին ժամը 12:00 ԱԺ նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում՝ բաց, ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ, այլ ոչ թե դռնփակ ձևաչափով։
Այս հարցում առանցքային են՝
ընտանիքների ճշմարտությունը բարձրաձայնելու և լսելու իրավունքը,
պետական մարմինների հաշվետվողականությունը,
և զոհերի ու անհետ կորածների հարազատների նկատմամբ արժանապատիվ վերաբերմունքը։
