Մաշկի վրա առաջացող տարբեր գոյացությունները հաճախ անհանգստություն են առաջացնում մարդկանց մոտ։ Դրանց մի մասը լիովին անվնաս է, սակայն կան նաև տեսակներ, որոնք պահանջում են բժշկական ուշադրություն։ Past.am-ը ստորև ներկայացնում է ամենատարածված մաշկային գոյացությունները։
Առաջինը՝ գորտնուկն է։ Սա վիրուսային ծագում ունեցող գոյացություն է, որը սովորաբար ունի կոպիտ մակերես և կարող է հայտնվել մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում։ Այն վարակիչ է և հաճախ փոխանցվում է շփման միջոցով։
Երկրորդը՝ ակրոխորդոնն է (կամ «մաշկի կախվող գոյացություն»)։ Սովորաբար փոքր, փափուկ և կախված գոյացություն է, որը հաճախ առաջանում է պարանոցի, թևատակերի կամ աճուկային հատվածում։ Այն վտանգավոր չէ, բայց կարող է անհարմարություն պատճառել։
Երրորդը՝ պապիլոման է։ Այն նույնպես կապված է վիրուսային գործոնի հետ և կարող է ունենալ տարբեր ձևեր ու չափեր։ Հաճախ հանդիպում է աչքերի, պարանոցի և դեմքի շրջանում։
Չորրորդը՝ փափուկ ֆիբրոման է։ Սա բարորակ գոյացություն է, որը սովորաբար չի ցավում և դանդաղ է աճում։ Այն հաճախ ունի մաշկի գույնին մոտ երանգ։
Հինգերորդը՝ մաշկային նևուսն է (խալ)։ Խալերը լինում են տարբեր գույների և ձևերի։ Չնայած մեծ մասը անվտանգ է, դրանց փոփոխությունները կարող են լինել վտանգավոր ազդանշան։
Վեցերորդը՝ սեբորեական կերատոզն է։ Սա հաճախ հանդիպող, շագանակագույն կամ սև գույն ունեցող գոյացություն է, որն ունի կոպիտ կամ թեփոտ մակերես։
Յոթերորդը՝ մելանոման է։ Սա արդեն չարորակ ու ամենավտանգավոր մաշկային ուռուցքներից է, որը կարող է արագ տարածվել օրգանիզմում։ Անհրաժեշտ է շտապ դիմել բժշկի, եթե խալը փոխում է գույնը, ձևը կամ չափը։
Ութերորդը՝ նևուսն է (կարմրավուն գոյացություն)։ Այն սովորաբար բարորակ է, սակայն արտաքին փոփոխությունների դեպքում պահանջում է վերահսկում։
Իններորդը՝ քսանտելազման է։ Այն հաճախ հայտնվում է աչքերի շրջակայքում՝ դեղնավուն գոյացությունների տեսքով և կապված է ճարպային նյութափոխանակության խանգարումների հետ։
Տասներորդը՝ կերատոականտոման է։ Սա արագ աճող գոյացություն է, որը արտաքինից կարող է հիշեցնել չարորակ ուռուցք և պահանջում է բժշկական գնահատում։
Տասնմեկերորդը՝ տափակ բջջային քաղցկեղն է։ Սա մաշկի չարորակ հիվանդություն է, որը կարող է զարգանալ արևի երկարատև ազդեցությունից։
Տասներկուերորդը՝ բազալ բջջային քաղցկեղն է։ Այն համարվում է ամենատարածված մաշկի քաղցկեղներից մեկը և սովորաբար զարգանում է դանդաղ, սակայն անտեսվելու դեպքում կարող է լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացնել։
Մաշկային գոյացությունների մեծ մասը բարորակ է, սակայն ցանկացած փոփոխություն՝ գույնի, ձևի, չափի կամ ցավի առկայության դեպքում, պետք է դիտարկել որպես ազդանշան և դիմել մաշկաբանի։ Վաղ ախտորոշումը կարող է կանխել լուրջ հետևանքները։
