Կինը պարտքերի պատճառով կոկտեյլով թունավորել է ամուսնուն

ԱՄՆ-ում մի կին որոշել է փախչել իր սիրեցյալի հետ և թունավորել ամուսնուն ֆենտանիլի մահացու չափաբաժնով կոկտեյլով, հաղորդում է Daily Mail-ը ։
Մարտին 35-ամյա Կուրի Ռիչինսը, որը երեք երեխաների մայր է, մեղավոր ճանաչվեց ամուսնուն դիտավորյալ թունավորելու մեջ: 2022 թվականին Ռիչինսը հայտնվեց ֆինանսական սնանկության եզրին, պարտքերը հասնում էին 7,5 միլիոն դոլարի: Նախնական պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ ամուսնալուծության դեպքում նա իրավունք չուներ օգտվելու ամուսնու հաջողակ շինարարական բիզնեսից, բայց ավտոմատ կերպով կժառանգեր այն նրա մահվան դեպքում:
2022 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին նա փորձել է թունավորել իր ամուսնուն՝ Էրիկ Ռիչինսին, ֆենտանիլով՝ դեղը դնելով սենդվիչի մեջ։ Վերջինս ողջ է մնացել և նույնիսկ ընկերներին ասել է, որ կասկածում է իր կնոջը հանցագործության մեջ։ Սակայն դա չի կանգնեցրել ամերիկուհուն։ Մի քանի շաբաթ անց՝ մարտի 4-ին, նա ֆենտանիլ է դրել Moscow Mule-ի մեջ։ Էրիկը պառկել է քնելու և այլևս չի արթնացել։ Ռիչինսը զանգահարել է ոստիկանություն և հայտնել, որ ամուսնուն գտել է անկողնում սառը վիճակում։ Մեկ տարի շարունակ նա հաջողությամբ խաղացել է վշտահար կնոջ դեր. նա հարցազրույցներ է տվել տեղական հեռուստատեսությանը և նույնիսկ հրատարակել է մանկական գիրք կորստի և վշտի հետ գլուխ հանելու մասին։ 2023 թվականի մայիսին ոստիկանությունը սկսել է հարցաքննել նրան։
Մեղադրանքի կողմի գլխավոր վկան տնային տնտեսուհի և թմրավաճառ Կարմեն Լաուբերն էր, որը վկայություն տվեց, որ Ռիչինսը չորս անգամ իրենից ֆենտանիլ է գնել։ Նրա ցուցմունքը հաստատվեց ակնթարթային հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով։ Ավելին, կասկածյալի հեռախոսում գտնված որոնման հարցումների մեջ էին մտնում՝ «Յուտայի կանանց բանտեր», «ինչպես ջնջել տվյալները հեռախոսից» և «ինչ է նշված թունավորման դեպքում մահվան վկայականում»։
Վկայություն է տվել նաև Ջոշ Գրոսմանը, Ռիչիսի սիրեցյալը և նախկին զինվորը։ Նա ասաց, որ ամուսնու մահից անմիջապես հետո Ռիչիսը հարցրել է իրեն, թե ինչ է նշանակում կյանք խլելը և երազել է, որ նրանք ամուսնանան և գնան Կարիբյան ավազան։
Դատարանը խորհրդակցեց ընդամենը երեք ժամ և Կուրի Ռիչինսին մեղավոր ճանաչեց բոլոր մեղադրանքներով՝ հարձակում, սպանության փորձ, ապահովագրական խարդախություն և փաստաթղթերի կեղծիք: Դատավճիռը կհրապարակվի մայիսի 13-ին. նրան սպառնում է ցմահ ազատազրկում:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ռիչինսի հանցագործության պատճառը ամուսնու հետ լարված հարաբերություններն ու ամուսնալուծության մասին մտքերն էին։ Ջրիկ Ռիչինսը սկսել էր պատրաստվել բաժանմանը՝ կնոջ պարտքերի մասին իմանալուց հետո։
