ԱՄՆ-ում ամուսնական զույգին մեղադրում են 14-ամյա աղջկան չպաշտպանված սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու հարկադրելու մեջ, հաղորդում է Daily Mail-ը ։

Նաթան Փոթիերը և 36-ամյա Էրիկա Փալմերը 14-ամյա աղջկան որպես փոխնակ մայր են օգտագործել, այն բանից հետո, երբ Փալմերը չի կարողացել հղիանալ արգանդի վզիկի կապման վիրահատությունից հետո: Հետաքննիչները կարծում են, որ զույգը չի դիմել անպտղության բուժման, այլ դիմել է սեռական բռնության: Ոստիկանությունը կարծում է, որ Փոթիերը երկվորյակների կենսաբանական հայրն է:

Հետաքննությունը սկսվել է 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, երբ Օկլահոմայի երեխաների պաշտպանության ծառայության աշխատակիցը հայտնել է աղջկա հղիության մասին՝ նշելով, որ նա երկվորյակների է սպասում: Օկլահոմա Սիթիի ոստիկանությունը հետաքննություն է սկսել: Հետաքննությունը պարզել է, որ զույգը դիտավորյալ թիրախավորել է մոտակայքում ապրող զոհին: Ոստիկանությունը ստացել է Պոտիեի ԴՆԹ-ն վերցնելու թույլտվություն՝ հայրությունը հաստատելու համար, սակայն զույգը փախել է, նախքան իշխանությունները կկարողանային իրականացնել ընթացակարգը:

Զույգը ձերբակալվեց երեք ամիս անց Նևադայի Ռենո-Սփարքս քաղաքում , որը հանցագործության վայրից 2000 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա էր։ Պոտիեին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց երեխաների նկատմամբ սեռական բռնության մեջ, իսկ Փալմերին՝ երեխաների նկատմամբ սեռական բռնությանը նպաստելու և դրդելու մեջ։ Զոհին հանձնեցին խնամատարության։
