Իսկապես զարմացած եմ․ Վարդևանյանը՝ Ղումաշյանի ձերբակալության մասին

Այս պահի դրությամբ տեղեկությունն այն է, որ ձերբակալում է տեղի ունեցել։ Այս մասին լրգրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց պաշտպան Արամ Վարդևանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Գոհար Ղումաշյանի ձերբակալությանը։

«Զարմանալի է, իսկապես, որովհետև հիմնականում քննչական մարմինները որոշ հանգամանքներ կարծես միշտ հաշվի առնում էին, առավել ևս տվյալ դեպքում, թե կնոջ հանգամանքը, թե նորածին երեխայի հանգամանքը, այս ամենը պետք է նշանակություն ունենային նախքան նման ինտենսիվ հարկադրանքի միջոցին դիմելը։ Այստեղ ողջամտություն, իսկապես, որևէ կերպ չեմ տեսնում։ Կոնկրետ  մեղադրանքը թե  ինչի վերաբերյալ է՝ կարծում եմ քիչ հետո կունենամ հնարավորություն արդեն մուտք գործելու Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե և տվյալները կստանամ»,- ասաց Վարդևանյանը։

Հարցին ,թե արդյոք սպասելի էր բարեգործական արգելքի մասին որոշումը, Վարդևանյանն ասաց․

«Քանի որ որոշ իշխանական ԶԼՄ-ներ հենց այդ պահին հայտարարություն տարածել էին, և դրան որևէ գործողություն չէր հաջորդել, առավել քան ողջամիտ էր ենթադրելը, որ չէր կարող նման բան լինել, որովհետև վստահ եմ նաև քրեական գործերով լուսաբանում իրականացնող մեր գործընկերները կհաստատեն, նման դեպքերում, այսպես ասած, տաք հետքերով են գործում, հրատապ են գործում, հակառակ պարագայում ողջամիտ չէ էս ամենը։ Հենց դրա համար նաև իսկապես զարմացած»։

Ըստ նրա տրամաբանական կլիներ՝ այս ամենը որակել զուտ քաղաքական, ռեպրեսիա, քաղաքական գործունեություն։

«Ռեպրեսիան միանշանակ է այն իմաստով, որ եթե նույնիսկ քրեական վարույթ են հարուցել, որի պայմանական առիթը կամ հիմքը ունենա, այդ դեպքում ինչի՞ համար են ձերբակալումը կիրառում, այսինքն՝ ինչի՞ համար նման ինտենսիվ միջամտություն ենթադրող վարութային գործողության հարկադրանքի միջոցի տրամաբանությունը իրացնել։ Սա է ամբողջ հարցը»,- ավելացրեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ քիչ առաջ հայտնի դարձավ՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե բերման են ենթարկել «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առանցքային դեմքերից մեկին՝ Գոհար Ղումաշյանին։

Sputnik–ի տեղեկություններով՝ Գոհար Ղումաշյանը բերման է ենթարկվել բարեգործության արգելքը խախտելու կասկածանքով։
