Քանի որ Արևմուտքին չի հաջողվում խաբել Ռուսաստանին և գողանալ նրա հաղթանակը, Միացյալ Նահանգների հեգեմոնիան պահպանելու համար, այլևս պետք չէ խոսել խաղաղությունից, այլևս պետք չէ Նոբելյան մրցանակ, այլևս պետք չէ Օրբանը։
 
Հիմա արդեն պետք է, որ Հունգարիան դադարի երկու լարի վրա խաղալուց և կանգնի հավաքական Արևմուտքի կողքին և պատրաստվի պատերազմի Ռուսաստանի դեմ։
 
Մենք արձանագրում ենք, որ Հունգարիային ևս չհաջողվեց երկու լարի վրա խաղալու քաղաքականությունը, քանզի հավաքական Արևմուտքը թույլ չի տալիս որևէ պետության երկու լարի վրա խաղալ գեոպոլիտիկ նման լարված իրավիճակում։ Արևմուտքի համար հիմա կամ իր դաշնակիցն ես, իր կողմնակիցն ես և պատրաստվում ես պատերազմելու Ռուսաստանի դեմ, կամ իր թշնամին ես, այլ ճանապարհ ուղղակի չկա։
 
Մենք ապրում ենք այնպիսի ժամանակներում, երբ յուրաքանչյուր պետություն պետք է կարողանա ճիշտ դիրքավորվել գեոպոլիտիկ նման պայքարում՝ հասկանալով սեփական պետական շահերը, և Արևմուտքը թույլ չի տալու երկու լարի վրա խաղալ, և այն պետությունները, որոնք սխալ դիրքավորվեցին, շատ թանկ գին են վճարելու իրենց քաղաքական սխալ հաշվարկների համար։
 
Հիմա Հայաստանը ևս կանգնած է ընտրության առջև, և ոչ թե Ռուսաստանն է ստիպում Հայաստանին կողմնորոշվել, այլ Արևմուտքը այնպիսի քայլեր, այնպիսի գործողություններ է պարտադրում Հայաստանին, որի արդյունքում Ռուսաստանը ստիպված է Հայաստանին ներկայացնելու քաղաքական պահանջ, որպեսզի հասկանա՝ հիմա Հայաստանը իր դաշնակիցն է, թե՞ միանում է իր թշնամիների ճամբարին։
 
Սիրելի ժողովուրդ, իրականում իրավիճակը բավականին ծանր է, և ժամանակն է, որ մենք գիտակցենք, որ միակ դաշնակիցը, բարեկամը Ռուսաստանն է, և երկու լարի վրա խաղալով մենք որևէ լավ տեղ չենք հասնելու։ Երկու լարի վրա խաղալով Արևմուտքն օգտագործելու է Հայաստանը իր գեոպոլիտիկ նպատակների համար և մեզ թողնելու է միայնակ մեր շատ ծանր խնդիրների հետ։ Ժամանակն է կանգնելու մեր պետական շահերի կողքին, այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողքին։
 
Սա է թելադրում Հայաստանի պետական շահը, և մենք պարտավոր ենք սա գիտակցել։
