Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 13-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։00-ի սահմաններում Եղվարդ քաղաքի շտապօգնությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրի բաժին, որ շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Նաիրի խոշորացված համայնքի Մրգաշեն բնակավայրի 1-ին փողոցի 8-րդ նրբանցք, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի։

Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ ավագ համայնքային ոստիկանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ ավագ քրեական օպերլիազորի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։


Տեղում պարզվել է, որ մահացածը Մրգաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ 52-ամյա Արթուր Ավագյանն է։ Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսել ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասում էին, որ մահացածի վրա դանակի մի քանի հարվածներ են եղել ու նա գյուղում հարգված ու համեստ անձնավորություն էր և աշխատում էր որպես ատամնաբույժ։

Դեպքի փաստով Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի ժամանակ էլ կպարզվի դանակի մե՞կ, թե՞ մի քանի հարվածի հետևանքով է մահացել Ա․ Ավագյանը։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները ճշտել են կասկածյալի ինքնությունը և ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ նրանց և հանցագործության գործիք առարկան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
