Բրյուսելում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ առևտրի և ներդրումների հարցերի բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Եվրոպական միության միջև հարաբերությունների նոր իրավական հիմք ձևավորելու գործընթացի շրջանակներում փետրվարի 15-ին Բրյուսելում մեկնակել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի առևտրի և ներդրումների հարցերի բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնւթյան հետ կապերի բաժնից, բանակցություններին մասնակցում է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի, արդարադատության, ֆինանսների, բնապահպանության, աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունների, ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի և այլ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներից բաղկացած հայկական պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Եվրոպական պատվիրակությունը ղեկավարում է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի առևտրի գլխավոր տնօրինության Ռուսաստանի, ԱՊՀ, Ուկրաինայի, Արևմտյան Բալկանների, ԵԱԱԱ (EFTA), ԵՏԳ (EEA) և Թուրքիայի հարցերով բաժանմունքի ղեկավար Պետրոս Սուրմելիսը:
Բանակցություններն ընթանում են եվրոպական կողմի հետ նախկինում հստակեցված ոլորտների և ուղղությունների շուրջ, մասնավորապես, ապրանքների և ծառայությունների առևտուր, առևտրի պաշտպանական միջոցներ, առևտրի տեխնիկական խոչընդոտներ, սանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական միջոցներ, մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանություն, մրցակցություն, պետական գնումներ, կայուն զարգացում, թափանցիկություն, ընթացիկ վճարներ և կապիտալի տեղաշարժ, ներդրումային համագործակցություն և դրանց պաշտպանություն, վեճերի կարգավորում և այլն:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը բավական տարողունակ և ընդգրկուն է, բանակցությունների լիագումար նիստերից բացի, նախատեսվում են բանակցային ենթախմբերի 12-ից ավելի հանդիպումներ, որոնց ընթացքում պետք է քննարկվեն համապատասխան ուղղությունների տեքստերի նախագծերը: Կքննարկվեն նաև բանակցային հետագա գործընթացներին, փուլերին, ժամանակացույցին, ինչպես նաև ոլորտային ապագա համագործակցության որոշ խնդիրներին առնչվող հարցեր:
