Շիրակի մարզի Աղին բնակավայրի տարածքում այսօր՝ ապրիլի 10–ին, տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի հետևանքով զոհվածներից 4-ը Շիրակի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղից էին, նույն ընտանիքից։ Ջրառատի գյուղապետ Սևակ Խաչատրյանը հայտնեց, որ զոհվածներից մեկն իր հորեղբոր տղան էր։
«Մահացածներից մեկը մեր համայնքի բնակիչ 31–ամյա երիտասարդ է։ Ավտոմեքենայում եղել են նրա մայրը , կինը և երեխաները։ Բոլորը մահացել են»,–ասաց Խաչատրյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ժամը 11։51-ին ՆԳՆ 112 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Շիրակի մարզի Աղին բնակավայրի մոտակայքում մեքենաները կողաշրջվել են, ներսում կան երեխաներ։
Պարզվել է, որ բախվել են «BMW» և «Opel» մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաները։ Մահացել է վեց քաղաքացի, իսկ երեք երեխա տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։
Առողջապահության նախարարությունից հայտնել էին, որ Հանրապետական շտապօգնության ծառայության միջոցով 5 երեխա հոսպիտալացվել է, որոնցից երկուսի կյանքը, ցավոք, փրկել չի հաջողվել: Կազմակերպվում է տուժած 3 երեխայի տեղափոխումը երևանյան բուժհաստատություն:
Մյուս տուժածների առողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր և ծայրահեղ ծանր: Գտնվում են վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում: Պատահարից գրանցվել է 6 քաղաքացու մահ:
Նախնական տեղեկություններով BMW եւ «Օպել» մակնիշի մեքենաները հանդիպակաց են դուրս եկել. բախվել են միմյանց, որի հետեւանքով BMW–ն գլորվել է ձորը։
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 342-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված պահանջները կամ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման անվտանգությունն ապահովող կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով:
