Ուկրաինական թեմայով Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև շփումները շարունակվում են ոչ ֆորմալ և գաղտնի պայմաններում։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Այդ մասին բազմիցս խոսել է Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Ուկրաինական թեմայով շփումները մեզ մոտ շարունակվում են ոչ ֆորմալ, գաղտնի, սակայն երկխոսության վերսկսման որևէ առանձնահատուկ հեռանկար մենք երկար ժամանակ չէինք տեսնում։ Միջնորդները, որոնց դերում հանդես գալու ցանկություն էին հայտնել մեր ամերիկացի գործընկերները, այժմ զբաղված են այլ գործերով։ Եվ քանի որ արտաքին քաղաքականության բոլոր ուղղություններով նրանք ունեն միջնորդների նույն խումբը, որոշակի դադար է առաջացել»,- պարզաբանել է նախարարը։
«Մենք այդ ընթացքում շարունակում ենք աշխատել նախագահի կողմից դրված խնդիրների շուրջ՝ ապահովելով հատուկ ռազմական գործողության դիվանագիտական ուղեկցումը»,- հավելել է Լավրովը։
Ավելի վաղ Պեսկովը հայտնել էր, որ Ռուսաստանն ու Ուկրաինան իրենց ուղիներով շարունակում են շփումները ԱՄՆ-ի հետ և տեղեկատվություն են փոխանակում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Կրեմլը հույս ունի, որ ամերիկացի բանակցողները տեսանելի ապագայում ավելի շատ ժամանակ և հնարավորություններ կունենան զբաղվելու ուկրաինական կարգավորմամբ։
