«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

tsargrad.tv–ն գրում է, որ Մերձավոր Արևելքում հակամարտության սրացումը կարող է անուղղակիորեն ազդել Հայաստանի կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերի եկամտաբերության վրա։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել Եվրասիական կապիտալի շուկաների ֆեդերացիայի գլխավոր քարտուղար Կոնստանտին Սարոյանը: Մասնագետը բացատրել է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի սրման պայմաններում ԱՄՆ ֆոնդային շուկան անկում է ապրում։ Այդ միտումը պայմանավորված է ԱՄՆում ներդրողների խառը արձագանքով և Չինաստանից ներդրումների կրճատմամբ, որը կապված է երկու երկրների միջև առևտրային լարվածության հետ։ Հավանական է, որ Պարսից ծոցի երկրները նույնպես կդադարեցնեն նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերը, քանի որ նրանց կարող են անհրաժեշտ լինել ռեսուրսներ իրենց ազգային տնտեսություններին աջակցելու համար։ Հնարավոր է նաև, որ նրանք սկսեն վաճառել իրենց ամերիկյան արժեթղթերի մի մասը այդ նպատակի համար։ «Արդյունքում, ԱՄՆ ակտիվների նկատմամբ պահանջարկը կարող է նվազել, և, հետևաբար, կնվազի դրանց եկամտաբերությունը։ Իհարկե, որոշ ընկերությունների, ինչպիսիք են նավթային ընկերությունները, բաժնետոմսերը կարող են աճել, բայց տեխնոլոգիական և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում անկման ռիսկերը մնում են», - նշել է փորձագետը։ Մեկնաբանելով օտարերկրյա ներդրողների հնարավոր դուրսբերումը հայկական արժեթղթային շուկայից՝ Կոնստանտին Սարոյանն ընդգծել է, որ գլխավոր հարցը մնում է կապիտալի վերաբաշխման ուղղությունը։ «Հարցն այն է, թե ո՞ւր։ Ըստ էության, այլևս անվտանգ ապաստարաններ չկան», - ասել է նա։

Մասնագետի կարծիքով, ներդրողների զգալի մասը, հավանաբար, կընդունի սպասողական ռազմավարություն՝ պահպանելով ներկայիս ակտիվների պորտֆելը։ Նրանց գործողությունները կարող են ուղղված լինել իրենց ներդրումների դիվերսիֆիկացմանը՝ առանց ներդրումային քաղաքականության մեջ կտրուկ փոփոխությունների։ Վերլուծելով Մերձավոր Արևելքի պետությունների ֆոնդային շուկաներում տիրող իրավիճակը՝ Սարոյանը նշել է, որ Իրանում բորսայական ակտիվությունը շարունակվում է սովորականի պես։ Այդ շուկայից օտարերկրյա կապիտալի արտահոսքի ռիսկերը նվազագույն են, քանի որ այն հիմնականում տեղական բնույթի է։ Դուբայում և Աբու Դաբիում տարածաշրջանային լարվածության ֆոնին գրանցվել է անշարժ գույքի ոլորտում ներդրումների դանդաղում։ Ներդրողները շարունակում են ֆինանսավորել առկա նախագծերը, սակայն նոր գործարքները ներկայումս հետաձգվում են։

Տվյալների համաձայն, հայկական կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերի ակտիվների մոտ 23 %-ն արտահայտված է ԱՄՆ դոլարով, ևս 11 %-ը՝ եվրոյով։ Մնացած ակտիվները գրեթե ամբողջությամբ արտահայտված են հայկական դրամով։ Այդ ֆոնդերի արտասահմանյան ներդրումների մեծ մասը կենտրոնացած է ETF-ներում՝ բորսայում վաճառվող ֆոնդերում, որոնք ներառում են ԱՄՆ-ի և Եվրամիության ֆոնդային բորսաներում ցուցակված ընկերությունների բաժնետոմսերի դիվերսիֆիկացված պորտֆել։
