news.ru-ն «Եվրոպան չի փոխարինի Ռուսաստանին. Հայաստանին սպասվում է տնտեսական փլուզում առանց ԵԱՏՄ-ի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ վերջին ամիսներին Հայաստանի՝ Եվրամիության հետ մերձեցման արտաքին տնտեսական ուղղվածությունը՝ անգամ մինչև լիիրավ անդամակցություն, ուղղակիորեն հակասում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) շրջանակներում ստանձնած պարտավորություններին: ԵԱՏՄ–ից դուրս գալը մահացու հարված կլինի Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը. որոշ գնահատականներով, հնարավոր խզումը կհանգեցնի ՀՆԱ-ի 30-40 % անկման: Ավելին, եթե Հայաստանը դուրս գա ԵԱՏՄ համաձայնագրերից, կկորցնի գազի արտոնյալ գինը, ինչը կհանգեցնի սակագների զգալի աճի և տեղական արդյունաբերության մրցունակության փլուզման:

Պետդումայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Ալեքսեյ Չեպան news.ru-ի հետ զրույցում Պուտին– Փաշինյան վերջին հանդիպումը անվանել է «դժվար» և ընդգծել, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հստակ ասել է Երևանին, որ անհնար է քայլել ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև: «Երևանը պետք է որոշի, թե ինչպես պետք է առաջ շարժվի, նշել է Չեպան,– մեր տնտեսական և առևտրային հարաբերությունները կախված կլինեն դրանից։ Գնդակը հիմա նրանց դաշտում է։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք համատեղ աշխատել, բայց մեզ անհրաժեշտ է երկկողմանի շարժում»։ Նա նաև նշել է, որ շատ համատեղ նախագծեր, այդ թվում՝ էներգետիկ նախագծեր, ներկայում սառեցված են, և դրանց ապասառեցումը ուղղակիորեն կախված է Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումից։

Տնտեսագետ Ալեքսանդր Ռազուվաևն էլ զուգահեռներ է անցկացրել Մոլդովայի հետ։ Նրա խոսքով, եթե Հայաստանը դուրս գա ԵԱՏՄ–ից, Ռուսաստանը կարող է անմիջապես դադարեցնել արտահանումը և բարձրացնել էներգակիրների գները, ինչը կհանգեցնի լուրջ գնաճի և ձեռնարկությունների ու գործարանների փակման։ Ավելին, news.ru-ի զրուցակցի փոխանցմամբ, Երևանը կկորցնի ռուսական ներդրումները և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կբախվի վիզային ռեժիմի ներդրմանը։ «ԱՄՆ-ը և Արևմուտքը երբեք չեն կարողանա փոխարինել Ռուսաստանին և ԵԱՏՄ գործընկերներին։ Կդադարեն նաև «անվճար» զենքի մատակարարումները։ Արդյունքում, Հայաստանը կմիանա Մոլդովայի և Մակեդոնիայի նման դատապարտված ու անհույս այն երկրների ցանկին, որտեղից բոլորը փորձում են փախչել», - զգուշացրել է տնտեսագետը։

ՌԴ Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի տնտեսագիտության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Ալեքսանդր Կարավաևը նույնպես մտահոգիչ գնահատականներ է տվել։ Նա news.ru-ին հիշեցրել է, որ չկան մեխանիզմներ ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ–ի ազատ առևտրի գոտիները համատեղելու համար։ «Լավագույն դեպքում Հայաստանը կհայտնվի առևտրային և վարչական տենդի մեջ. կանոնակարգերի անընդհատ վերանայում, նոր խոչընդոտներ, բեռնափոխադրումների ճգնաժամեր», - եզրափակել է փորձագետը։

news.ru-ին հարցազրույց տված բոլոր փորձագետներն են համաձայն՝ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության ծրագիրը Հայաստանին կանգնեցնում է դժվար ընտրության առջև և կհանգեցնի կորուստների, որոնց երկրի տնտեսությունը կարող է չդիմանալ։ Ուստի, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը շատ բան ունի հաշվի առնելու։
