Ապրիլի 3-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունքիի մարզում, ինչի հետևանքով մահացել է Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի զինվոր մասնակից։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ օրը ժամը 15։20-ի սահմաններում մահացած վիճակում «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Դեպքի մասին «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սևանի բաժին, ինչից հետո հիվանդանոց է ժամանել հերթապահ խումբը՝ ավագ համայնքային ոստիկանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Շիրակի մարզում հաշվառված 24-ամյա Աղասի Ս․-ն է, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Սևան խոշորացված համայնքի հանգստի գոտի երկրորդ փողոցի 5/9 հասցեում գտնվող «Լիլակե» նոր կառուցվող հյուրանոցում շինարարական աշխատանքներ կատարելու ընթացքում բարձրությունից վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։

Այնուհետև համայնքային ոստիկանը մեկնել է դեպքի վայր, ինչից հետո ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով Սևանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, աշխատանքային անվտանգության կանոնները չպահպանելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ հատկանիշներով։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով մահացածը Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի ակտիվ մասնակից էր։ Պատերազմի ամենաթեժ օրերին եղել է առաջնագծում և իր զինակից ընկերների հետ անառիկ է պահել իրենց վստահված դիրքերը, իսկ «Լիլակե» նոր կառուցվող հյուրանոցը կառուցվում է Սևանի հին հիվանդանոցի տարածքում և մահացածն էլ աշխատում էր «Սերոբ Դանիելյան» ԱՁ-ում, որպես շինարար։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է որ ոչ հիվանդանոց, ոչ էլ դեպքի վայր այդպես չժամանեց ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պետ Վարդան Սահակյանը, ում երբ ասել են, որ նման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել, պատասխանել է․ «Համայնքային ոստիկանը արդեն զբաղվում է, ես հյուրեր ունեմ, «Սեմոյի օբյեկտում» եմ»։
