Աֆղանստանում հեղեղումների, սողանքների եւ կայծակի հարվածների հետեւանքով զոհվել է 77 մարդ

Աֆղանստանում ուժեղ անձրեւների եւ փոթորիկների հետեւանքով առաջացած լայնածավալ հեղեղումները, սողանքները եւ կայծակի հարվածները վերջին 10 օրվա ընթացքում խլել են 77 մարդու կյանք, վիրավորվել է 137 հոգի, հաղորդել է Associated Press-ը՝ հղում կատարելով երկրի աղետների կառավարման վարչությանը։
Առաջիկա օրերին Աֆղանստանում կանխատեսվում են ավելի շատ տեղումներ, իշխանությունները զգուշացրել են բնակիչներին հեռու մնալ գետերի ափերից եւ հեղեղված տարածքներից։
Այս տարի տասնյակ մարդիկ են մահացել Աֆղանստանում ծայրահեղ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով, որն աղքատ երկիր է եւ խիստ խոցելի ծայրահեղ եղանակային իրադարձությունների նկատմամբ։ Այս տարեսկզբին երկրում ձյան ուժեղ տեղումները եւ հանկարծակի հեղեղումները տասնյակ մարդկանց կյանք են խլել։ Վերջին տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ վերջին 48 ժամվա ընթացքում 26 մարդ է մահացել, տեղեկացրել է տարերային աղետների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 793 տուն ամբողջությամբ ավերվել է, եւս 2673-ը՝ վնասվել, հեղեղումներն ու սողանքները ոչնչացրել են 337 կիլոմետր ճանապարհ, նշվել է զեկույցում։
Վնասվել են նաեւ գործարաններ, գյուղատնտեսական հողահատվածեր, ջրհորներ եւ ոռոգման ջրանցքներ, ինչի հետեւանքով տուժել են ավելի քան 5 800 ընտանիքներ, հայտնել են իշխանությունները։
Հանրային աշխատանքների նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Աշրաֆ Հաքշինասը շաբաթ օրը հայտնել է, որ մայրաքաղաքը նահանգների հետ կապող մի քանի մայրուղիներ նույնպես վնասվել են հեղեղումներից եւ սողանքներից, ինչը ստիպել է ճանապարհորդներին Քաբուլ հասնելու համար երկար, շրջանցող ճանապարհներ ընտրել։
