Ո՞ւմ է իրականում հանդիպել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մոտ երկու շաբաթ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կազմակերպել է «Ներառական զարգացում. ձեռքբերումներ և անելիքներ» խորագրով համաժողով՝ «նվիրված Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների հիմնախնդիրներին և դրանց լուծման քայլերին»։ Իրականում համաժողովի անվան տակ փորձ է արվել ցույց տալ, թե այդ հավաքին նաև արցախցիներ են մասնակցել, ինչպես նաև, որ ինքն ու իր կառավարությունը շատ «մտահոգ» են արցախցիների ճակատագրով:
Սակայն, ըստ ԱՀ ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի, այդ հանդիպումը որևէ կապ չուներ արցախցիների հետ: «Սա հայտարարում եմ պաշտոնապես: Արցախցիները շատ լավ ճանաչում են մարդկանց, ովքեր ներկա էին այդ հանդիպմանը։ Այնտեղ հիմնականում վերաբնակիչներ էին, այսինքն՝ ժամանակին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից տեղափոխվել էին Քաշաթաղի շրջան», - «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Հակոբյանը:
Նշում է, որ, ըստ իրենց հարցումների, արցախցիների 99 տոկոսը մեջքով է շրջված այս իշխանություններին։ «Այստեղ երկրորդ տարբերակ չկա։ Իսկ այն մեկ տոկոսի պարագայում միանշանակ չէ, որ ընտրելու են այս իշխանությանը, այդ մի տոկոսի գերակշիռ մասը պարզապես չի մասնակցելու ընտրություններին»,- ասում է Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը։
Ի դեպ, մեր զրուցակիցը նաև նշեց, որ իշխանություններին մեծապես անհանգստացրել է իրենց պարբերական հանդիպումներն արցախցիների հետ, նրանց խնդիրների ուսումնասիրությունն ու «գույքագրումը», և նրանք սկսել են խոչընդոտներ ստեղծել այդ հանդիպումների համար. «ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների ներգրավվածություն, շատ տեղերում նույնիսկ տարածք չենք կարողացել գտնել, մարդիկ ուղղակի վախենում են, առանձին զրույցներում ասում են, որ կողմ են, ուզում են մեզ ընդունել, բայց դրանից հետո ռեպրեսիաների կենթարկվեն»։
