Արդյո՞ք Փաշինյանը փակում է ատոմակայանի հարցը

Հայաստանի ատոմակայանի շուրջ վերջին զարգացումները չափազանց լուրջ մտահոգությունների տեղիք են տալիս, ընդհուպ կասկածներ հարուցում, որ նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման շուրջ հայտարարություններով Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պարզապես փորձում են փակել ատոմակայանի թեման, փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնել ողջ հասարակությանը և որևէ ատոմակայան չկառուցել, առավել ևս, որ այդ նոր ատոմակայանին դեմ են Փաշինյանի նոր գործընկերները՝ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը։ Կառավարության նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ անընդհատ խոսվում է ատոմակայան կառուցելու մասին՝ երբ, որտեղ։
«Բայց այս բանաձևերի շուրջ քննարկումների ընթացքում ՀՀ-ում երկու Մեծամորի ատոմակայան ենք ստեղծել։ Գերմանիա կատարած իմ այցի ընթացքում ես լավ նորությամբ վերադարձա»,- ասել է վարչապետը և հավելել, որ արևային տեխնոլոգիաներով արդեն արտադրվում է և՛ ակտիվ, և՛ ռեակտիվ տեսակներով էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Նա նշել է, որ այժմ պետք է կենտրոնանալ արևային էներգիայի կուտակման վրա, որպեսզի էներգետիկ կարիքները բավարարենք այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև արևը կպտտվի և հետ կգա։ Նշենք, որ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ-ն կկարողանա Հայաստանում ատոմակայանների համար էներգաբլոկների կառուցում լրջորեն առաջարկել միայն 12-15 տարի անց։
Ինչպես նշել է Օվերչուկը, ամերիկացիները խոսում են փոքր հզորության մոդուլային էներգաբլոկների կառուցման մասին, թեև նրանք, ինչպես եվրոպացիները, դեռ որևէ տեղ ոչ մի հատ չեն կառուցել։ Այս զարգացումները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամենևին էլ շահագրգռված չեն նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցմամբ և արևային էներգիայի զարգացման հայտարարություններով ընդամենը փորձում են ջուրը գցել տասնամյակների աշխատանքը՝ 2036 թ․-ին փակելով հայկական ատոմակայանը և միայն արևային էներգիայով իբր ապահովել երկրի էներգետիկ ինքնաբավությունը։ Էներգետիկ ինքնաբավությունից բացի առաջնային է էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, իսկ ատոմակայանը այս առումով տասնամյակներ շարունակ առանցքային դեր է խաղացել Հայաստանի ոչ միայն էներգետիկ, այլ նաև քաղաքական անվտանգության հարցում։
